Amelia's dream career Amelia took a 10 minute ride with a famous air racer (Frank Hawks)
and it changed her life. She liked it so much she decided she wanted to learn how to fly. She needed to save $1,000 so she did lots of little jobs until she finally had enough money. She learned how to fly!!!
Why is she Famous?
Amelia was famous because she was the First women fly solo across the atlantic Ocean.
