PART 1: RESERVATIONS AND RATES.
Things to remember when making a booking:
• The villas are not rented out individually. The rental arrangement covers all 6 villas within the property, rented out to one party/group at any one time.
• Our rates differ between weekdays, weekends and public/school holidays.
• There will be a 10% loading on peak period or festivities
• THERE ARE TWO (2) METHODS OF BOOKING WITH US:
METHOD 1:
If you wish to pay via credit card and the purpose of your stay is normal stay or normal get together, we encourage you to book via Airbnb. Do read ALL our House Rules therein before making a booking. Here’s the link.

METHOD 2:
If you are not able to book via Airbnb for any reason OR the booking is for weddings/events/meetings/parties, your booking has to be done directly with us. Please find our contact details below.
The actual rate and total cost will be shown in our Quotation which may include loading,
extra bed charge, security deposit, electricity and water surcharge, day visitors charge,
kitchen rental, BBQ pit rental, tent surcharge and our service charge.
(B) Booking & payment terms and conditions:
1. The published Wedding/Event/Meeting Venue rental rate includes lodging and breakfast
for up to 20pax.
The sleeping configuration for the 20pax at our six (6) Villas is as follows :
Villa Kantan1 – 4pax (1K, 1Q),
Villa Kantan2 – 4pax (1K,1Q),
Villa Halia – 4pax (1Q,2S),
Villa Kunyit – 4pax (2Q),
Villa Serai – 2pax (1K) and
Villa Sireh (1K).
2. We have 15 extra beds at a charge of RM100 each per night (including breakfast).
Request for extra mattresses must be made before check in. With extra beds our maximum
sleeping capacity is 35pax. Should your sleeping needs exceed 35 pax, we can recommend
other resorts in Jandabaik belonging to the group to accommodate the balance.

3. To accommodate a larger invitees during weddings, meetings or events, we allow tents to
be erected within our compound. However please note that our maximum capacity is 200
pax for any sit- down arrangement.
4. Wedding Venue Rental or other events that require tents to be erected, our minimum stay
is 3 days & 2 nights (3D2N).
5. A booking deposit of 25% of the total venue rental is required before we can block the
calendar and consider your booking confirmed. This deposit will be forfeited if booking is
cancelled less than 2 weeks before wedding/event.
6. The balance 75% of the total rental is payable at least two (2) weeks before the check-in
date TOGETHER with other applicable surcharges as per item (7) and (8) below.
7. The Security Deposit for events of any nature is RM3,000. This Security Deposit is
refundable after deducting tent surcharge, extra bed charge, damaged and missing item
charges and garden cleaning penalty charges (as the result of caterers/suppliers not clearing
and cleaning the compound by the given time).
8. The following surcharges applicable:
- Tent Surcharge RM100 per tent erected,
- Electricity Surcharge RM500 per booking,
- Water Surcharge RM100 per booking,
- Extra Bed charge RM100/bed per night
- Kitchen Rental RM100/day
- BBQ Pit rental at RM60/use.
- Day Visitor Surcharge RM35/day entry when there is no tent erected (for small event or
meeting groups)
- Wedding Invitee Surcharge are as follows:
-for 100 pax or less – RM750
-for 101-200 pax – RM1000
-for more than 200 pax – RM1250
- Service Charge of 4% on Rentals and Surcharges
9. Effective February 1, 2019 all charges (except Service Charge) will be subjected to SST of
6% (Our SST Ref is: W10 - 1901- 32000099)

10. Our check in time is 2pm. Our check out time is at 12noon.
11. Cleaning the compound after your event is your responsibility. If any of the
caterers/suppliers do not clear the compound off their belongings (such as tents, decorative
items and/or rubbish) by 12noon on the check-out day, the garden cleaning penalty charge of
RM500 (flat rate) applies. In the event the clearing/cleaning is left undone until the next
day(s) an additional RM500/day will be imposed.
12. Traffic and security during the event is to be arranged by you. We will not to be held
responsible for any accidents or security breach.
13. You are advised to close all doors and windows by 6pm. Failure to do so may invite flying
insects including mosquitoes to come in. Bring your own insect repellent and medication if
you or anyone in your group are sensitive to insect bites. We will not be held responsible for
any adverse reaction to insect bites. (Mosquitoe is NOT a problem at Aman Rimba, however
we have to manage your expectation)
14. Pork and pork related products are STRICTLY prohibited from our premises. Should we
discover that you have brought them in, RM500 will be charged or deducted from the
Security Deposit for the de-sanitising rituals.
15. As we are located within a village community, the QUIET HOURS starts 11pm onwards.

Breakfast is served complimentary for our first 20 guests. For additional pax, breakfast charge is included in the extra bed surcharge.
Please choose ONE (1) of the following (A) or (B) breakfast selection for everyone in your group.
(A) Nasi Lemak: one of Malaysia’s most famous dishes and a favourite of locals everywhere, featuring white rice cooked in coconut milk and aromatic pandan leaves. Served with a spicy anchovy sambal, hard-boiled eggs and fresh cucumbers.
(B) Mihun Goreng: Rice noodles fried with shrimp, eggs and vegetables served with fried eggs, fresh cucumber and sambal.

LUNCH:
The following Lunch Set is available. Please choose either SET-A or SET-B.
(SET – A) Malay / Kampung style @ RM45.00 per guest
Please select one (1) fish / seafood dish, one (1) chicken dish, one (1) beef dish and two (2) vegetable dishes. (Same choice for everyone in the group)
The meal will be served with white rice, ulam-ulam (freshly picked herbs and greens), sambal and ikan masin (fried salted fish, a Malaysian delicacy) and a cordial drinks.

- Ikan Keli Bakar (grilled or smoked organic freshwater catfish),
- Ikan Keli Masak Cili (freshwater catfish fried with chilli and onions),
- Kari Ikan Tenggiri (spanish mackerel cooked in curry spices and coconut milk),
- Kari Udang (prawn curry),
- Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri or Pari (mackarel/stingray prepared in tangy savoury infused with Bunga Kantan gravy),

- Tumis Sotong with or without Petai (calamari fried in chilly paste and if needed, pungent beans),
