AdlershofThe Science and Technology Park Berlin Adlershof (STP) is based on key technologies such as photonics and optics / microsystems and materials / ICT / biotechnology / renewable energy and photovoltaics. Meanwhile, the STP Adlershof has become the largest and most successful location of its kind in Germany.
Dahlem (FUBIC)The FUBIC (Business and Innovation Center next to the campus of Freie Universität Berlin) is the technology and start-up center of WISTA in southwestern Berlin and will open in about three years. It offers plenty of space for technology-oriented start-ups and young companies that focus on technologies such as life sciences, health and ICT.
Berlin Südost (South East)Since 2011, WISTA Management GmbH has been involved in setting up a regional management agency in the Berlin district of Schöneweide. WISTA has extended its responsibilities. The ‘Regionalmanagement Berlin Südost’ promotes economic development throughout the region of the Treptow-Köpenick district. Regional Management Berlin Südost Ostendstraße 25 (Building A, 1st floor of TGS), 12459 Berlin Email: [email protected] Website: suedost-berlin.de
Charlottenburg (CHIC)The Charlottenburg Innovation Center (CHIC) is located on the campus of numerous universities and non-university scientific institutes in Berlin‘s City West. It is an ideal location for technology-oriented start-up companies that specifically require proximity to science and research.
The large portfolio of WISTA.Service GmbH covers the entire spectrum of facility management services. It manages not only buildings of WISTA Management GmbH, but also those of many private owners in Adlershof and other locations all over Berlin. WISTA.Service is eligible for in-house procurement by public clients.
As the State of Berlin’s urban development agency, WISTA.Plan GmbH is responsible for the development, construction planning, project management of site clearing and infrastructure measures, management of trust assets, and attracting new companies in the Johannisthal/Adlershof development area.
WISTA Management GmbH (WISTA) is an experienced developer of Science and Technology Parks (STP) based on enabling technologies. WISTA takes on a broad and diverse range of tasks and services across high-technology sites in Berlin (Adlershof, Charlottenburg, Dahlem, Schöneweide). In addition, WISTA is making essential contributions to developing Berlin’s “Zukunftsorte” (places of future innovation).
WISTA is a facilitator of a grassroots economic development. It covers a wide ranging scope of capabilities which make it possible to turn scientific findings into innovative products. WISTA is well experienced with establishing start-up centres and technology centres. WISTA also knows how to bring together scientists, entrepreneurs and start-up companies.
