Cleanroom Certification University Research Facility

AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) completed a cleanroom certification project for a major Midwest Big Ten University. The cleanroom is now certified in accordance with ISO 5 cleanroom standards. The overall solution included: Airflow on HEPA filters, Particle counts for cleanliness classification, Room pressure survey, and HEPA filter leak test.





Cleanroom Certification Medical Device Facility

AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) completed a cleanroom certification project for a global medical device company in the Western United States. The cleanrooms are certified in accordance with ISO cleanroom standards that range from ISO5 through ISO8.





ISO 3 Cleanroom Conversion Semiconductor Facility

AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) recently completed an intense cleanroom construction conversion project for a Texas-based company manufacturing silicon epitaxial products in the semiconductor industry. The client had a 4-day window of time for the project team to convert a 2,000 square foot ISO 7 facility to an ISO 3 classification, while combining it with an adjacent 2,000 square foot ISO 3 classified room.

AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) completed a cleanroom certification and testing project for a facility that manufactures prefab piping for high purity gas use in some of the world’s largest semiconductor facilities. The cleanroom space, which required the ISO 14644-1 Class 5 certification level, required facility upgrade as well.

AM Cleanroom Build and Performance (AMCBP) completed the architectural install of a 3,000 square foot cleanroom on the campus of a research medical center in Dallas, Texas. Our team designed a durable solution, built to the cGMP standard, that includes our own proprietary ceiling grid system allowing for minimal spacing below the building’s ceiling.

Our team performed a facility audit, took a series of environmental measurements, and then provided a list of recommended changes that would positively impact their level of quality in production.





Cleanroom Certification Pharmaceutical Facility

AMCBP Team completed a cleanroom certification and testing project for a large pharmaceutical company in the Northeast United States. Due to FDA regulation changes, the facility had to be upgraded and tested to different specifications. Our team performed the certification, performance testing, and HEPA filter integrity testing.





ISO 5 Relocation Project Semiconductor Cleanroom

AMCBP Team completed a highly sensitive cleanroom relocation project for a Texas based semiconductor company. The facility owner had a two week timeframe in which to relocate an ISO 6 cleanroom from their existing location to a new location. During the reinstall we converted the cleanroom to an ISO 5 classification.





Cleanroom Expansion Project Pharmaceutical Cleanroom

AM Cleanroom Build and Performance Team completed a 2,000 square foot design-build facility expansion for a supplier of pollens and powdered allergens in the pharmaceutical industry. The solution included the installation of Plascore wall and ceiling systems.
