Framingham State University OFFICE OF INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH August 2013 ALUMNI SURVEY 2009-2010 The 2009-2010 Alumni Survey was sent, via postal mail in April of 2013 to a total of 725 Framingham State University graduates that completed their degree in the 2009-2010 academic year. The Office of Institutional Research received 109 completed surveys, 63 surveys were returned by the post office as undeliverable. All the respondents that self-identified were entered into a drawing to win 1 of 3 $100 MasterCard gift cards. The three prizes have been sent to the winners. Executive Summary Was your program of study what you first enrolled in at FSU? 67.6% said "Yes" What was your classification upon entering FSU? 69.7% said "First-Time Student" What factors had the most significant influence on your decision to attend FSU? 88.0% said "FSU's affordability" 59.3% said "The degree programs offered" 53.7% said "The size of the school" Level of agreement concerning whether FSU lived up to your expectations? A majority of respondents indicated agreement or strong agreement that FSU had lived up to its expectations (Please see page 8).
