RealPlayer. We can watch not only movies from the Internet in this

program, but also we can listen songs we have on our computer. The

second alternative could be Foobar2000, because of the great possibility

of creating playlists. That could make finding our song easier.

MAGIX MOVIE EDIT PRO 12

claims that this program

is very good for advance

users. However,

according to his words,

people who start their

adventure with making

movies could have

problems with using that.

Movie Maker is MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 12.

Downloading of this program isn’t

difficult the same as using. This program

has similar filters as Windows M.M but it

is more advanced. However even

beginner user can make good movie in

that program

GIMP

Gimp is totally different

from Paint, because it

could be used by

professional graphics.

Gimp doesn’t have super

functions, but it is better

than Paint

PHOTOSHOP Photoshop is the best known

graphic program in the

whole graphic world. It is

purposed for important

operations and because of

this all filtres and actions

are difficult to use for

beginner user

world. We can do simple

opearion in that program,

chaning color of photo

In my opinion the best alternative for Paint is PhotoFiltre, because it is

easy in using and doesn’t have huge number of actions, which also

don’t occur in Paint. However, Paint has transparent layer, Photofiltre

doesn’t. But using Gimp and Photoshop to easy operations which are

made in Paint have no sense, because those programs open longer

than PhotoFiltre.

OPEN OFFICE WRITER

Open Office writer looks similar

to Word only because of

graphic side. In fact it is totally

different program and in my

opinion it is even better than

normal Word

Notepad is free program,

which is a part of

Windows Software. We

can call it „preWord”,

because it was the first

text editor in Windsows

World. Today functions of

first notepad look too

online presentation maker

I’ve ever meet. I was very

happy that I found

something which let me

put my presentation into

Internet, but unfortunately

this program is not so good

as I thought before.

PREZI

The same as 280 slides Prezi

is online presentation

maker. I thought it will be

remind other presentation

makers, but it is even

worse! All desktop look

like a mind map not

presentation area.

SLIDEROCKET

It is next online presentation

maker and it is terrible

because of lack of suitable

buttons which can explain

were functions are placed. It

I think that 280 SLIDES is the best program which could be alternative for PowerPoint. That is true, that his options are very little comparing to PP, but this program is more better

than other I checked. I think that 280 SLIDES is the best for people who

don’t need advance options

ALTERNATIVES FOR MICROSOFT EXCEL

QUATTRO PRO

Quatro Pro is older than

Microsoft Excel, but in my

opinion he has better

options than ME, because

of functions

Open Office Calc has the

same structure as

Microsoft Excel but nicer

graphic and buttons

which are easier to

understand, because of

better translation
