An Act to amend Article X of the State Constitution by adding thereto a section prohibiting from and after July 1st, 1935, the imposing of any excise tax on gasoline, or other liquid motor fuel in excess of three cents per gallon, except by vote of the people, and prohibiting municipalities and other political subdivisions from imposing any excise tax on gasoline or other liquid motor fuel.
