Brand HistoryAlpine Nederland B.V. is one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of hearing protection products.

Since 1994, Alpine has been developing, manufacturing and supplying a wide variety of carefully

harmful noise occurs in such a wide range of forms and situations.

About Hearing ProtectionNoise volume is expressed in decibels, abbreviated to dB. The higher the number of decibels, the

more noise, and in turn the greater the risk of (serious) hearing damage. Please note according

to the European law in a working environment with a noise volume starting at 80 dB, employers

are required by law to offer their employees hearing protection.

But there is another factor, namely the period during which the hearing is exposed to noise.

If the period of exposure is longer that what we can withstand, the risk of significant hearing

damage is increased.

Noise related hearing damage is for lifeHearing is a refined and susceptible sense. Tens of thousands of minute hair cells pass on noise

to the brain, through vibrations. Too much noise – and hence too many vibrations – damage these

hair cells forever, because they will never grow back. Hearing damage of this kind is therefore

permanent. In terms of music, an MP3 player played at maximum volume causes irreparable

damage almost immediately, as do concerts as they both register above 108dB - the maximum

noise before instant damage. So for those who make, listen to and love music; it is incredibly

important to respect the ear and protect it. Alpine earplugs offer you more than generic ear plugs

environment.

MusicSafe Pro

MusicSafe Classic

The MusicSafe Pro has been developed especially for

attenuation of music and is a generic earplug that fits

in any ear. Alpine MusicSafe Pro® has three different

exchangeable filter sets for music. These filters

prevent exposure to excessive noise, while the music

remains clear. The white filters offer a low attenuation,

the silver filters offer a medium attenuation and the

gold filters offer a high attenuation. The ear tips are

produced in a durable, flexible thermoplastic polymer.

Due to the heat of the ear, the protector adapts to the

shape of the auditory duct within just a few minutes,

making them very comfortable in the ear even for

prolonged periods of use. The Alpine MusicSafe Pro®

is available with white and silver ear tips.

MusicSafe Classic contains two different and

exchangable sets of music filters with outstanding

sound characteristics with medium and high

attenuation rates. These special music filters

guarantee an optimal protection without loss of clarity,

while at the same time you can perfectly enjoy the

music. MusicSafe Classic earplugs are produced from

a very soft flexible and durable thermoplastic material.

Due to the warmth of the ear it adapts to the shape

of the auditory duct making them very comfortable

to wear. MusicSafe Classic earplugs with special music

filters are an open system so that one has no feeling

of isolation.
