Overview
• This presentation provides evidence of aspects of growth among ALP Class XIV participants over the course of the program, as indicated by pre- and post-surveys completed by the participants.
• The pre-survey was taken by all participants in January 2013 and the post-survey was taken in May 2014 via Survey Monkey online tool.

• Total number of participants: 15
• Male/female ratio: 8 males/7 females
• Work diversity: Producers (3); Land managers (3), Educators/New farmer trainers (3), Seed industry (2), regulatory (2), researcher (1), industry support (1)
• Island diversity: O’ahu (7), Hawai’i Island (5), Kaua’i (2), Maui (1)
• Length of program: 17 months
• Number of speakers/sites: 150+
• National trip locations: Washington, DC and North Carolina
