ALMOND COCONUTPROTEIN BARS

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONSLine an 8.5 x 4.5 inch bread panwith parchment paper or foil.Make sure to leave an overhangwith the parchment paper/foiland set aside.

In a large bowl, add the almondbbutter, 2 tbsp of the coconut oil,and honey. Microwave for 10-15sec and then stir until smooth and combined. Add in the vanillaextract, salt, vanilla proteinpowder, coconut flakes, andchocolate chips. Stir until

3/4 cup almond butter2 tablespoons + 1/2 teaspooncoconut oil, separated4 tablespoons honey2 teaspoons vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon salt22/3 cup Premier Protein VanillaPowder3 tablespoons unsweetenedcoconut flakes3 tablespoons miniaturechocolate chips3 tablespoons dark chocolatecchips

everything is combined and youhave a thick dough. Press thatdough into the prepared breadpan. Cover the bars and chill forone hour in the fridge.

Remove from the fridge and usingtthe overhang, pull the bars fromthe bread pan. Cut the bars into10-12 individual bars. Enjoy or addthe chocolate drizzle.

To add the chocolate drizzle,combine the chocolate chips andremaining 1/2 teaspoon coconut oiliin a microwave safe bowl.Microwave in bursts of 15 seconds,stirring in between each burst for10 seconds until the chocolate issmooth. Transfer the chocolate to abag and cut off the tip of the bag.Drizzle the chocolate over the barsaand allow to set up at roomtemperature.
