1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 31, 5. 2012 entitled Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of Grades ito 10 of the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) effective SY2012-2013, the Fifth Division Himamat Class Observation and Rolling Conference shall be conducted on November 27, 2018 at Aplaya Elementary School, Barangay Aplaya, Digos Oriental District, Digos City.

3. School Heads, PSDS and EPS are also reminded to review thoroughly the PPST-COT as the tool used in observing classes to strengthen their understanding on connections between the COT and the topics discussed during the K to 12 Enhancement Training.

4. It is expected that EPS, PSDS and School heads will attend the Flag Raising Ceremony and

bring respective snacks and lunch.

4. Travel expenses relative to the conduct of the said activity are chargeable against division/school MOOE funds, all subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
