Rack Spray

• For high volume, large, heavy, and delicate parts

• Precise aesthetically pleasing finish• Precise coating thickness control• Masking for specific part areas from

coating• Eliminates thread damage and thread

fill• Common for: stampings; ASTM A490

bolts & ASTM A325 bolts; large gears, brackets, and rotors; construction, rail, and marine fasteners

Dip Spin

• Economical for small to medium sized parts, generally less than 1/2 lb, with the following characteristics: delicate, smooth flat surface or deep recesses, or angles that may hold excess coating material.

• Provides maximum coverage into recesses

• Our most common coating process• Common for: nuts, bolts, springs, nails,

clips, pins, brackets

Mini Coater• Economical for "difficult to coat" parts• Compatible with all material used in the

traditional Dip Spin process• Ideal for small volumes• Common for: flat washers, socket head

cap screws, small and fine threaded fasteners, recessed parts, extension or compression springs, small thin wire forms

Hand Spray• For parts that may be too large for automated spray coating, and for parts that have unusual

configurations• This process allows for more attention to detail

Resin and Inorganic Impregnation

• For powdered metal in the "as sintered" form• This process seals the internal and surface porosity to prepare the metal for coating

Barrel Plate

• For high volume, small sized parts such as fasteners

• Our most economical plating method• This Process provides uniform

coverage

Rack Plate

• For parts that may not be suitable for the Barrel Plate Process• This process offers high quality coverage; however, coverage may not be uniform due

to "rack marks"
