Each Phase will require the fire sprinkler, fire alarm, emergency lighting, and deficiency logs (provided by inspector) reviewed. There will be potentially 5 OSF Overhead inspections and 5 OSF final inspections due to the phasing and the need to “open one and close one.” The Project is being financed with a guaranteed loan from the United States Department of Agriculture.
