I am a student. This means I am a learner. In school, I have learned to do a lot more writing. For example, THIS project means I

need to write a lot! I also am a learner by understanding math Mrs. K-B teaches. So far, I enjoy solving equations. Being a learner, means I think hard and try!

I am a friend. This means I am kind.I am kind wherever I am. For example, during recess I let my friends join in our games.

At home, I help my parents cook without being asked. Also, during soccer I help my team play by passing the ball and being nice.

I am a sccoer player. This means i am athletic.I am energetic and athletic as a soccer player. For example, I always have to be

respectful to my teammates. To help our team have a better chance at winning, I have to stay in position. Playing sports is hard, but I like soccer because it is exciting!

I am respectful because I help my classmates if they are stuck on a question. For example, if a classmate is stuck on a math question, I can help them by sharing my strategies for solving problems. Also, if someone wants to play with me, I say “yes!” On the playground, if I am playing soccer, I can invite friends to play. Good students are respectful to other students.

I am a kind friend by not talking over people. Running like the wind, I always help people if they’re hurt. At school, if someone falls on the wood chips, I can ask the teacher if I can take them to the nurse. It feels good to be generous and kind.

I am a gymnast. This means I am determined. If you want to be a gymnast, you have to be flexible. For example, a gymnast

needs to be able to do a back walkover or a back handspring. In gymnastics, I also have to listen well or I’ll have to sit out. I have never had this problem because I am determined!

I am a student. This means I am respectful Helping is a way to be respectful to others. I help my classmates when they are behind by helping them with difficult math questions. I also read quietly when I finish a test because others might still be working. I am a respectful student at school because I listen to the teacher too. I am respectful to other students by including kids in the games I play.

I am a friend. This means I am kind.I practice being kind everywhere I go. Happily, I play with friends at recess.

For example,I ask them to play school. During lunch, I also invite my friends to sit next to me. This shows that I am considerate. Additionally, I am kind at aftercare. I encourage kids play with me, and sit quietly while others do homework.

I am an artist. This means I am creativeAs an artist, I am creative by drawing my dogs differently! This shows that I am proud of my art and unique. Since I am creative and artistic, I also know that people may need help. I never make fun of other people’s artwork, and help them learn how to paint or draw.

I am a student. This means I am a good listener.Being a listener includes following the directions. At times, I have to be very

quick and keep my eyes wide open. In Mrs. K-B’s room, I listen by sitting down and doing what she asks the first time. This also follows my role as a sister. When it comes to my little brother and directions, I can be a leader when he is not listening by showing him how to do it!

I am a friend. This means I am kind.

I am kind when my friends fall over and hurt and themselves. I go help them feel better and tell a teacher. If I see anybody getting bullied, I will go over and help them. Not so happily, when I heard my friend was called ugly, I went and stood up for her!

I am a big sister. This means I am helpful. As a big sister, it is important to be helpful so I can watch out that my little

brother does not get hurt. For example, I have to make sure that he does not wander off somewhere, thinking to myself “hopefully nothing bad happens to him” I also have to (sometimes) go along with his ideas even if I think they are not true. I have to be a leader with directions so I can get him to follow them!
