History• British adventurers were exploring Africa while
Queen Victoria was queen in about A.D. 1000.
• Newly arrived people became known as Bantu.
• Were very resourceful especially in agriculture.
• Uganda grew to be a Republic Country today. They got some ideas for their government from their ancestors in the Bantu and other early tribes that developed from the Bantu.
