MFE-2 further developed as MFE-2ST includes high-precision speedometer and power measurement units to qualify scooter type of two-wheel vehicles, and the power and speed test are carried out on the same roller set.

The selection between the power and brake measure-ment method is controlled by a hand actuated switch-bar.

Thanks to drive-back loss measurement method the power measurement results are independent from load conditions.
