    Write so emails are easy to read

    Make paragraphs 7-8 lines.

    Insert a blank line between paragraphs.

    Use headlines, bullets, and numbers.

    AVOID ALL CAPS; THATS SHOUTING

    If a message is longer than 3 screens,
