The model shows the different levels of the

development. The material used was foam boards

which were laser cut from an Auto-Cad File.

I worked in a group of f ive, on a one to one model. We created an innovation pod for a writer which currently exists on the Grounds of AUC New Campus. The pod’s structural system was based on a tensegrity structure. It is four meters high and the materials used in it were, wooden posts and stainless steel cables .

MODELS AND IDEAS

Between the various cubes there will be an antenna like structure that will be held together through magnetic current from the four directions. The cubes shall be controlled by a matrix on the side wall. This matrix shall provide some restrictions as to the number of cubes leaving the wall at a time. Thus users shall identify the location a cube and go the matrix to free it. The structure shall be made a light metal and buried with in cubes.

Cubes are to be made of a light weight material that is for safety measures.

A model of a selected area of Tell el Amarna, in the

city of Akhetaten. The model includes the Amarna

Bridge a section of the royal palace and ruins of

Thutmosis the Sculptor's house.
