Target: Families, young people, foreign people. We organise wedding receptions , New Year’s eve parties, walks and horse riding in beautiful landscapes as well as activities with horses for disabled people.

We are going to ask for funds to a bank,

to be paid back monthly.

Our products :•Agriturism specialized in typical dishes;

•Natural, genuine, healthy products;

•Menu (risotto,lasagne, polenta, baccala’…)

How we operate• Capicity: 50 people.

• Booking: at least 10 days in advance for a room and 3 days for a dinner.

• Security deposit: needed for party bookings.

Our Preconditions

We have 10 employees:

• A cook and an assistant cook

• 3 waiters

• One barman

• Two cleaning women

• The owner/receptionist

Our staff is required to have specific education (Vocational High School ).Waiters and reception staff must have good communications skills.
