MUNICH

Page 10: Alejandro Sánchez-Portfolio

Munich Sports clearly identifies with concepts such as speed, time, revolution, why meets certain parallel with the Metro as a means of transport, is fast, safe and effective. It is the transport of the future. That is why we have been inspired by a metro station of the future for this space in the Avenida de la Buhaira, Sevilla. Indirect colored lights, beams of light flashing shelves simulating the trail left the train at full speed, furniture with impossible shapes and circular space, make this space an experience for the client.

Future, speed, time, revolution, movement, words that perfectly define this new business bet for Munich Sports, which have given free rein to our imagination, inspired by the Futurist art movement, to turn this space station Metro future.

A current, changing and living space with which the client feels identified. In this way, we create the flagship of the brand in the Andalusian capital.

Teleporters as if untreated, these elevators of the future are those with us handbags and accessories in this space of Munich Sports. Inspired by the subway entrance area, the elevators that lead us to the depths, but seen in a futuristic, perhaps in the XXXI century. Neon lights constantly moving impact us along with video screens. Inspired by classic series like Futurama, or films like Blade Runner and Tron, this space is born.

We are a completely segmented floor, where it seems that the priority was to safeguard the privacy of the guests having three different rooms. This is one reason why besides being a little flat, so encouraged. It also has a large terrace, almost the same size as the apartment, which is completely wasted, almost isolated.

Evolutionexterior and interior areas converge, articulated efficiently and with a naked elegance.A formal confluence causing a communion between the inside and the outside, which is ideal for the summer.Spaces conceived as a sum between them because of the huge synergy between these: room-kitchen-dining outside; and outdoor-living-room spa area are spaces that are interrelated to compose a unit.

The renewed distribution to an open space in the entire house, thus a harmonious dialogue between all parties intended. The starting point is the light.

The new interpretation of space stays divided into two distinct parts: a daytime or social, open and communicative área; and one reserved to privacy. The project creates a sense of perfect balance between

ALBARAKA year 2013place Alcalá de Guadaira, Sevilla, Spain

It is a housing rehabilitation with garden where the main reason is to get all the space is useful.

Page 36: Alejandro Sánchez-Portfolio

36

In his former state, this house had its own distribution of Seville houses which have two living rooms, one guest and one for everyday use, this was usually only used the living room for daily use, so there was a space completely wasted.

Also despite having a large garden and pool, the house was dark and locked in itself, with this new distribution it is to open the housing to outer space, and thus create a synergy between interior-exterior filling housing light and life.

He has played with topographical height dimension lines to guide visitors around the exhibition, clearly indicating the route to follow, illuminating these lines, thanks to the use of a raised floor. This motif is a nod to the origin of the treasure he found himself on a small hill in the Aljarafe Sevillano.

56

Mainly after visiting the exhibition as another visitor, I found a little lost, a little sharp distribution, too free and is unable to grasp the order to be followed. I think this is the main drawback of the current distribution.

Currently, knowing that exposure does not have a free tour because to understand it needs a set route made, it has proposed a distribution based on poly architectural lines that combine straight lines with curved lines that clearly mark the direction to follow, with a distance clearly linear and unidirectional.

[RE] MEDIOS year 2015place Guadalquivir River, Sevilla, Spain

Studying the bank of the river that belongs to the district of Los Remedios, we realize that the large majority is occupied by private institutions as Club Mercantil, the former tobacco factory Altadis, etc; so a barrier separating the neighborhood from the river completely is created, there is only one public space that has become a makeshift parking.

We think this district deserves more, should enjoy the river, a place where you can relax, free, public and free.

LOST SPACES. LIGHT HEART year 2015place Seville, Spain

The lost spaces competition is a call for ideas to reframe how underused spaces in might be used. The aim is to address a particular challenge of public space - what to do with see-mingly remnant pieces of public property. The challenge: what opportunities do lost spaces afford?

This project has been chosen by the School of Art in Seville to participate in the competition for students of the Ibero-Ameri-can Biennial of Design Schools.

A huge LED screen and cameras, thanks to “EmotionResearchLab” software are able to analyze the expressions of the faces of the people and thus, your mood, thus screened videos interacting with the mood of crossing the gateway.

In addition, the interior features a vertical garden that decreases the high temperatures experienced by the city in summer, even at 50 ° C.Thus a space of comfort and leisure is created differently, in an area on the outskirts of the city.

The project engages in a dialogue with the city, thanks to traffic flow sensitive radars. Translates sound into light, thus the runway light pumped through thousands of LEDs, like the beating of a heart it were.

The gateway is in constant light transformation, light is a representation of the traffic is in the V Centenario bridge and alerts drivers of road conditions. It has used the color spectrum of light to be a universal language of color. It will turn from green to red the more collapsed this.
