UsingRadicalAlignmentforOptimumSuccessinProjectManagementTosuccessfullymanageaproject,twothingsmusthappen:theprojectteammustallbeonthesamepage,andtheprojectmustbeinalignmentwiththeoverallgoalsoftheorganization.Attemptingtomanageaprojectwithina“silo”thatdoesnottakeintoaccounttheneeds,goalsandobjectivesofotherpartsofanorganizationcanbearecipeforlong-termfailureevenifyoubringtheprojectinontimeandonbudget.Today’sorganizationsarecomplicated.Reallycomplicated.Todelivermaximumresults,itisimperativetounderstandhoweachcomponentandeachsilointeractsandalignthemtoacommongoal.Whenyoutakeonaprojectassignment,thereisenormouspotentialtonotjustincrementallyimproveoneareaofanorganization,buttoradicallychangetheentireorganizationbyunderstandingandleveragingtheworkholistically.ThekeyisRadicalAlignment,intentionallydrivingeverypartoftheorganizationtowardprovidingefficient,effectiveoperationswhilecontainingcostsandbuildingemployeeengagementandcommitment.Thispresentationisapplicableforadvancedlevelsofprojectmanagementexperience.
