Premier Notley - Comments• Notley is against Gateway, but will let keystone playout. Keystone is not going to happen under Obama. The earliest keystone will be resolved in 2017.

• So, AB will struggle with moving AB oil to export as it lacks the capacity via pipelines. If Notley is against pipelines then where does she stand on oil by rail?
