When? • Determining milestones for the company • Determining funding strategy and objectives • What the investor cares about • The key terms of the VC’s investment • Shares, Preferences, Dilution and Control • How to finance your company without VCs. Language of the Training courses: The courses will be conducted in English, and involve case studies and various interactive workshops. Therefore a fluent level of English is required. Please note that there will be no simultaneous translation available throughout the training course. Registration and Payment: Fee for each course is 200 USD + 18% VAT per participant. If you enroll in both workshops discounts apply: 350 USD + 18% VAT. The trainees will be presented with a Certificate upon successful completion of a course.
