Compared to last November, 7% more properties were sold in Port Alberni this November. The number of properties available for sale in the Alberni Valley continues to fall from the peak in June. Less than 380 were available for sale in November, still offering the Buyer an excellent selection to choose from.

The Kitsuksis Dyke, walkway & bike path was built to protect the neighborhoods & businesses along the creek after the Tsunami in 1964.
