The Albanians are the one of the oldest races in Europe and they speak the oldest language. The Albanian name for their country is Shqiperia meaning Land Of The Eagles.

The first people settle in Albania were the ancient Illyrians, since in 4th century B.C

In the 13th century Albania was occupied Turkey until November 1912,when is proclaimed Albania's independence.

1946 – 1992 Albania was communist state in the Soviet Union
