Installation instruction

Before you begin the installation* Read the INSTRUCTIONS!

* Always use a multi-meter when verifying vehiclewiring.

* Before mounting the product, verify with thecustomer's desired location for the valet switch andLED.

* Always look before drilling. Make sure you will notcause damage to vehicle hoses, electrical looms orphysical damage to vehicle.

Mounting ECUMount the ECU under the dash where it will bedifficult for a potential thief to locate the module,and away from moving parts such as brake pedals,etc.

Antenna moduleFor optimum range and performance, the antennamodule should be located high up on the frontwindshield glass. For example: behind the rearviewmirror.

Note: Window tints or Films may decrease the rangeof the system. The mounting surface for the antennashould be clean and dry.

Mounting sirenMount the siren in a suitable place under the hood,away from hot and moving engine parts. Make surethe siren cannot be accessed from underneath the

F21/2: output signal (-) for turbo timer according tothe time of the F1 setting.F21/3/4/5: The channel will activate according tothe W-mode setting. Select among1 start and stop by real time (according to the W-mode setting to start and stop);2 start for 1 second by real time (according to thew-mode setting to start for 1 second signal);3 start for 1/0.5/1 sec by real time (according tothe w-mode setting start for 1 second and pausefor 0.5 second then a 1 second signal)

F22 Window/sunroof closerThis option suits for vehicle with automaticwindow/sunroof close function. Select for 10seconds, 15 seconds, 22 seconds or 30 secondsto close the window/sunroof.

F23 Passive armingThe system will arm automatically 30 seconds afterthe car is parked and all doors are closed.

F24 Door lock if passive arming onAll doors will lock while passive arming.

F25 STOP (-/+) function of door triggerF25/1: no change to the door triggerF25/2: door trigger (+) wire (violet) will be definednot for door trigger, e.g. it can be defined as afootbrake trigger (+).F25/3: door trigger (-) wire (brown) will be definednot for door trigger, e.g. it can be defined as afootbrake trigger (-).

* BLUE/ RED WIRE - INST2 input (-).a. Connect to hood pin switch or trunk switch.b. Connect to speed sensor of "VAZ" vehicle (F15.F3).

* RED WIRE -- +12V Battery input. Connect the redfused wire on the main harness to a constant +12Vsource.

* BROWN WIRE -- Negative door trigger (-). Connectto the door switch circuit wire that shows groundwhen the door is open.

* WHITE WIRE --Parking lights output (+). Connectto the vehicle's parking lights wire.

* VIOLET WIRE -- Positive door trigger (+). Connectto the door switch circuit wire that shows +12V whenthe door is open. This type of door circuit is usuallyfound on Ford vehicles.

* GREEN / WHITE WIRE - CH4 output (-) 500mA.(F10).

* BLUE WIRE - CH2 output (-) 500mA. (F8).

* GRAY WIRE - CH5 output (-) 500mA. (F20).

* BLACK / WHITE WIRE - ARM (-) 500mA.

* BLUE / BLACK WIRE - CH6 output (-) 1A. ( F21).

* YELLOW / BLACK WIRE -- IGN2, +12V ignitioninput. Connect to the wire going to the starter. Thevoltage of this wire output can keep engine runningaccording to the Turbo timer.

vehicle or through the grill. Face the siren down sothat water cannot accumulate inside the siren bell.

Protect wires running through the firewall usingeither tape or split loom tubing.

Mounting shock sensorSecure the shock sensor to the steering column,thick wire harness or a dash brace, using a wire tie.

Make sure that the adjustment screw is accessiblefor later testing and adjustment.

20-Pin main harness* BLACK WIRE -- Ground input (-). Connect to asolid chassis ground that is clean and free of paintor dirt.

* ORANGE WIRE -- Armed output (-) 500mA.Connect to a relay for optional circuit defeat (Seeinstallation diagrams). The ORANGE wire providesa ground 40 seconds when the unit is armed toactivate a fuel pump disable relay or other device(i.e. window control module, etc.).

* BLUE / BROWN WIRE - INST1 input (-). Connectto hood pin switch or trunk switch. The BLUE /BROWN wire provides a ground when the hood ortrunk opened.

* WHITE / BLACK WIRE -- Siren wire output 5A(+).Connect to the siren's red wire. Connect the siren'sblack wire to ground.

Troubleshooting

Fault Causes1. The continuous chirping of the siren cannotbe stopped by transmitter after the installationof ECU.

The plug is improperly inserted. The wire is improperly connected. The transmitter does not match the ECU. The siren is damaged. The fuse of the ECU is broken

Door trigger wire is not connected properly. Door switch has problem. The siren is damaged.

3. When the car parks on roadside and armed,there are false alarms by passing heavyvehicles.

2. Parking lights do not flash after disarmingthe system and opening the door, or the sirendoes not chirp when the door is opened withoutdisarming.

The sensitivity of the sensor is too high.

4. The central door lock does not work normallyor does not work at all.

The motor of central lock is damaged. The wiring of central lock system is wrong. Fuse is broken.

5. The siren does not chirp when the alarmsystem is triggered.

The siren is damaged. The wire connection between the siren and ECU

has problem.

6. The siren chirps sharply in 10 seconds afterarming and the same situation happened afterdisarming and re-arming it again.

The sensor is damaged. The doors or trunk is not closed. The door's pin switch has problem or wiring has

problem.

7. Transmitter is ineffective or the controldistance decreased significantly.

The installation location of the antenna is wrong. The wiring of the antenna to ECU has problem. Tall building, radio tower or high frequency

electromagnetic wave may affect the remote range. Low power of the battery. The frequency of the transmitter has been

changed. The transmitter is broken or damaged.
