O R D E R
A. (i) In partial modification of the University Order read above, the PG College of Vishnupriya S, UGC ID No.2160/SGC/2010-12 was inadvertently mentioned as Department of Malayalam at Karyavattom Campus instead of University College, Thiruvananthapuram. It now stands deleted and shifted to PG College at University College, Thiruvananthapuram as inclusion in U.O.No.398-4/5/-11/II/Ac.EIV dated 19/07/2011 Serial No.48(A).
(ii) Consequently the number of Indira Gandhi Scholars (indicated in the five University Orders issued on 19/07/2011) at the affiliated colleges at Thiruvananthapuram changes to 55 while that at the University Teaching Departments will be of 26 numbers. B. Apart from the above following names indicated in the sanction list forwarded by UGC, New Delhi incorrectly have been specified in the University Orders exactly as per information furnished by the Principals of the Colleges concerned viz.
(i) Anju B. corrected as Anu B (UGC ID No.575/SGC(2010-2012) Sree Narayana College, Kollam., Sl.No.32-U.O.No.398-2/5-11/II/Ac.EIV dated 19/07/2011.
(ii) Nidha George Pereira corrected as Nisha George Pereira, UGC ID No.2273/SGC/2010-12 Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram, Sl.No.13 - U.O.398-4/5-11/II/Ac.EIV dated 19/07/2011.
(iii) Additionally, two students namely Sl.No.9-Lakshmi U.M. Pillai, UGC ID No.1451/SGC/2010-12 and Sl.No.19-Sruthi G.S., UGC ID No.2182/SGC/2010-12 in U.O.398-4/5-11/II/Ac.EIV dated 19/07/2011 applied for the scholarship while studying at All Saints’ College, Thiruvananthapuram. Now they are bonafide students of the Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram.
The above matter specified at Item B(i) to (iii) are being reported to the funding agency. The University Orders pertaining to matter Item A (i) and (ii) above stands modified to that extent.
