How is lot 2 accessed? And can the access easement for lot 1 be through a flood plain? Will I have any input during the Building Permit phase because I would like to see them put up erosion control fencing during construction to protect Little Hobble Creek. Thanks! Alane E. Boyd, P.E. This is a small scale subdivision, so it will not be going to Planning Commission: This proposal is a two lot subdivision at the same location as the rezone that was approved last year in Wallsburg at the end of Little Valley road. The proposal is now zoned RA-5 with the boundary following the new piped irrigation line. The proposal is in Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 5 East. This proposal is adjacent and east of the Little Hobble Creek Ranch subdivision that was on the Planning Commission agenda for June.
