PREGAME CONFERENCE OUTLINE FOR A

CREW OF 7

Pregame Duties

• Coaches’ Meeting– Introduction of Officials– Captains Name and #– Win Coin Toss- Choices – All Players legally equipped – Any unusual plays or formations– Coaching staff responsible for sideline control

Pregame Duties

– Adornments– Heat Time-outs– Game balls– Set Time with coach– Captains at 5 minutes prior to kick-off– Do you (coach) have any questions for us– We will go out on the field at 6:00PM

TV games, the wing official nearest the Red Hat will assist with TV time out
