This year, the ALMIS Form 6 Students had a golden chance to celebrate the conclusion of their two-year long “A” Level studies with a colourful event that was marked with different activities after the recitation of the Holy Quran that was followed by the National Anthem, which was sung by Al Muntazir teachers. Awards and recognitions to best performers in academics was also part of the celebrations where a total thirty two (32) trophies and medals were awarded to various students to congratulate them on their stellar academic efforts as well as to motivate other students to aim high. The highlight of the occasion was undoubtedly the motivational speech delivered by the Chief Guest, Hon. Augustino Ramadhan – Retired Chief Justice of the United Republic of Tanzania. He congratulated the school management, teachers and students for the brilliant collaborative work that had been done resulting into the recently released form 6 NECTA Final Exams results which saw candidates score only passing grades and the total elimination of failures.
