THE OBLOCK TECNOCRETE INDUSTRIES OBLOCK also known as foamed concrete or cellular concrete is not an autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) product, it is conventional concrete with a wide range of densities, choice of aggregates and mix designs. OBLOCK Lightweight Concrete Panels the multitude of applications for OBLOCK lightweight concrete include: aerated lightweight concrete blocks and lightweight tilt-up panels, foamed concrete floor screeds, sound and thermal insulation, geotechnical and ornamental concrete applications. Our Aerated Lightweight Concrete lends itself to tilt-up construction methods, and panels can be poured even on site, saving transportation and handling costs. Casting of our lightweight concrete panels is very similar to producing regular panels and most commercially available additives used with concrete can be used with our aerated lightweight concrete too. Aerated Concrete Masonry Blocks amongst a range of lightweight masonry blocks which can be produced from OBLOCK foamed concrete, our OBLOCK -patented worldwide -is probably the most interesting product. OBLOCK is a mortar less, interlocking lightweight block which saves on construction time, which can be produced in various densities. It features high insulation values, is fireproof and can be made in several sizes, although certain symmetric need to be taken into account. We can supply moulds and machinery needed for the production of these lightweight aerated concrete blocks and are looking for Licensees around the globe. In the past, Phoenix DS had focused on using this technology to produce only lightweight blocks. But about one year ago Phoenix SDS began using K Block CLC Foam Concrete Technology to bring new benefits to precast walls. By using K Block CLC Foam Concrete Technology to lower the weight of a precast wall, contractors are finding that the installed cost of the lower weight wall is comparable to a brick wall that the site needed less workers and that units are built faster. Current Projects Launching of Low Cost Housing Project in Egypt.

There is a 2 year plan to establish 05 unique Concrete Blocks

& Panels Manufacturing Plants each with a minimum output

of 300.000 blocks and 1.500 panels per month per plant. This

project will be conducted with cooperation of Australian

companies and will become a BLUE PRINT for export of R&D

to Africa, Middle East, Spain, South Asia and South America.

Plans are on the way to establish permanent representatives

in Middle East, Europe and Africa by end of 2007.

Marketing of Mobile Water Purification Units in India, Indochina,

Middle East and Africa. Two agencies have been established

in South Africa and Oman to distribute Water Purification

Units in Africa (Stage This project has the full support of the

Chinese Government. Production and Marketing of

Cement/Concrete Additives – a product for new future

Concrete Industry “superior and without peer”. This is a long

term project (estimated at 10 years) to set up distribution

centers followed by a total of 05 sub-manufacturing units with

the first one to start in India and then to other parts where the

demand is high. This Project will become our TOP export

earning units within the next 05 years.

05 Government Projects are under negotiations:

Port Authorities, Jetties, Dredging, repair of existing Dams, New Dams, repair of Petroleum Tanks, etc. A very unique Biotech Sewage System will be introduced in association with Stanimex Group Pty Limited, Australia which will become a model for India Garbage Collection and Plastic Recycling Project is under negotiations. It is a multi million Dollar project consisting of Plastic Recycling, Tyre Recycling and Power Generation from Garbage.

Green long term projects: Soil Rejuvenation, Decontamination, etc. All the above-mentioned projects will be fully supported by the Government of each country where units will be set and projects will be carried out as we will be creating employment and training local personnel. We have already begun discussions with the relevant authorities in reference to this subject.
