Login

Information: The learning portal is best view in Internet Explorer.

To login to the learning portal, go to http://ajinc.wizlearn.com

Note that the password is case sensitive.

Students who have forgotten their password can submit their User Name (Identification number) in

the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ field at the bottom.

A new random password will be generated and sent to the student’s personal email.

Students who have received their new password are reminded to login to the AJC portal to change

their new password to their preferred password.

Students will be directed to the Home page after logging in.

Students may expand the different sections to view the details by clicking on the sections header.

Announcement

Displays the announcements from school.

For viewing purposes only.

Calendar

The calendar is the school’s calendar of events.

Displays the event name, event date and event time only.

Events

List of events organized by the school.

Students can view the available events.

Students can also sign up for a particular available event.

To view the event details, click on the event name.

Students are able to sign up for a particular event by clicking on the ‘Sign Up’ button in the Event Details

window.

Mailbox

For internal messaging only.

Click on the sender or subject name to view the message.

Click on the ‘New’ icon in the Inbox header bar to create new message.

Message will be loaded in this

window upon selected.

1. Pending Tab

a. Displays the list of activities which are submitted by the students.

b. Pending activities are activities yet to be processed.

2. Approved Tab

a. Displays the list of processed and accepted activities submitted by students.

b. View Details (of a particular activity)

Shows the list of CCAs available in the school.

①. ‘My CCAs’ tab: List of CCA(s) the student has signed up for.

②. Members: Details of members in a particular CCA.

③. Activities: Information of the activities for a particular CCA.

a. Teacher-in-charge will open up the CCA survey for a period of time.

b. Students are required to complete the CCA survey by the closing date set by the teacher.

Displays the list of CCAs available.

Students need to select the top three CCAs of their choice.

Students need to submit their choice of CCAs at the bottom of the page.

Subject Registration

Year 1 students may register for the subjects they want by clicking on the sign up button.

Registered subjects will be shown in the upper table on top.

①. Del: Students can remove/cancel the registered subject by clicking on the delete button.

②. Order: Students can re-arrange the sequence of the registered subjects by clicking on the arrows.

customized subject combination and click

on the sign up button to register for the

Math Quiz

For students to practice on the different type of math questions.

Click on the ‘Start Quiz’ icon to begin.

Students have unlimited attempt to the same math quiz.

Students will be given the chance to answer the question again if he/she has got it wrong.

After completion of quiz, a

confirmation notice will pop

out.

Class Leader Award

Students can nominate their class leader for the Class Leader Award.

The names of class leaders of the class are in the drop down list.

To nominate, select the ideal class leader and type in some comments for him/her.

Click on the submit button to complete the nomination.

Displays the list of staff contact information.

Displays the basic information of the student.

①. Edit: For students to edit their basic profile.

Student can view timetable of different days by selecting the preferred date.

Locker Request

Students can only apply for new locker request during the application period.

Students can only apply for the renewal of existing locker during the renewal application period.

Students who are sharing the same locker can help each other to apply for a new locker request or

renew existing locker.

Logout

Students are reminded to logout from the learning portal after use for security reasons.
