The current economic crisis mainly reflects a general crisis of values. The collapse of the tradi-tional logic of profits urges each of us to look a new, sustainable models.No more bending over backwards, trying to cope with the uncertainty of casual work, rather a new kind of community, overcaming individualism in order to build an articulated economy, based on interaction and collaboration with others.

Social capitalism is an entrepreneurship made up of individuals helping each other to improve their quality of life.

A new economy

Many doubt that Sharing Economy can produce real advantage. Yet some of the most important websites specifically dedicated to it, thanks to the collaboration of their users, have achieved impressive results. The model is widespread, low cost economy, making it possibile to buy a service, often offered by other users, in a sustainable way.

Collaboration is its added value. Saving money is its strategy. Absence of intermediation is its competitive advantage.

Obstacles

What prevents Italian companies in operating in the filed of digital service today? Sharing Economy projects prefer a short opera-tional chain (peer to peer, without intermedia-ries), therefore it is evident that there are too many lobbies and interest groups, excessive regulations, and heavy bureaucratic system to deal with.

As a result, the most important Sharing Eco-nomy platforms are foreign based, while Italy is still suffering from serious delay.

It is evident that the advantages of coopera-tive behaviour cannot be limited to a mere economic dimension. Increasingly, Sharing Economy projects reward social innovation, expressing, as an added value, a concrete and positive impact on quantity of life and on values underlying communities.

Sustainability, innovation, societing, community-building, requalification, integra-tion. Social innovation is a product, a pro-cess, an idea leading to the betterment of our society.

What about AISE

AISE was founded in Rome in June 2014, as a government association focused on Sharing Economy. Aise’s general goals are acting as a coordinating structure, supporting projects revol-ving around themes, processes, and values of Sharing culture and social innovation.

Culture and event organization

AISE organizes a national event on the issue of sharing and collaborative economy. Moreover, it arranges a series of workshops involving the partecipation of entrepreneurs, opinion leaders, journalists and artists operating in such area.

Our aim is spreading the philosophy and values of this new approach to a sustainable world.The association works as a consultant with town administrations, public institutions, foundations, and companies wich are sensitive and committed to these findamental issues.

Traning and tutoring

AISE offers professional training courses on the topics of social media management, digital economy, social innovation, service design and fundraising. The aim of our courses is to train new expertise in the field of collaborative economies.

AISE is a valuable partner for universities, trai-ning centers, local development agencies, pro-fessional associations, public admnistrations, able to provide educational programs and tuto-ring.

Management e fundraising

AISE stands as a technical partner for manage-rial activities aiming to develop projects on digi-tal and sharing economy. From design to imple-mentation, including the organizational, technical and economic aspects, our aim is contributing to consolidate innovative designs on the market.

Another important task is foundraising, thanks to a network of qualified references, wich becomes an important strategic instrument to support the feasibility of a shared product or service.
