ARGOINVESTSTROY is a company working in the field of construction and design. We have more than 200 successfully completed projects with a total area of 400 000 square meters.
ARGOINVESTSTROY has proven its capabilities in the execution of public and residential projects, as well as industrial sites. It has more than 300 skilled employ-ees and construction workers operating in Bulgaria and Russia.
The company has demonstrated its professionalism by working with а number of first-class European Inves-tors such as Shell, Lukoil, Billa, Kaufland, Bilfinger & Berger, Immorent, etc.
We have implemented an Integrated Quality Manage-ment System, covering the following standards:
• EN ISO 9001: 2008 - Quality management system;
• EN ISO 14001: 2004 – Environmental management system;
• BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 - Occupational health and safety management system.

Construction of two 5-storey residentialbuildings in Town of Noviy Urengoy, Russia

Total built-up area for both buildings:38 200 sq.m.
Completion period:April 2013 - September 2014
Employees involved:120 persons
Specific features:„Turn-key“ project of two 5-storey residential buildings - “Building 1” и “Building 2”, part of a new residential complex “Tundrovoy”, situated in the central part of Noviy Urengoy town, close to the administrative centre of the town.
Each building consists of 140 apartments.
The complex is building by using of modern materials in compliance with the new contemporary technologies.
The complex contains complete infrastructure which includes: kinder garden, school, sports area, childs’ playground, commercial area, cafe, postal office and police station.
Office and commercial areas are envisaged in the non-residential floors of the buildings.
Parking place is foreseen for each apartment.

Time for completion:July 2013
Specific features:Public building with modern vision and functionality. It is built in compliance with the international standards for contemporary business building, which offers to its future inhabitants offices, shops and underground parking levels. It is situated on a key crossing in the center of the City of Sofia – on the corner of Cherni vrah Blvd. and Sveti Naum Blvd., near the Hemus hotel.

Specific features:Complex execution of façade and roof. The site is with very complex logistic due to its location in the ideal center of the City. Unique solution of the façade in compliance withparticular designed detailed design.

Office Building on Todor Alexandrov Blvd., Sofia
Total built-up area:10 300 sq.m.
Time for completion:May 2010 – December 2011
Specific features:Detailed design for the construction and waterproofing of three underground levels is characterized by bold and innovative solutions and using the latest equipment. Architectural and finishing works fully meet the highest requirements of the European standards.

Specific features:Unique reinforced concrete structure, own design and production of formwork systems for the façade grid, extension of the bearing reinforcement with high-strength joints after preliminary certification of the company for this type of activity.

Residential building inIvan Vazov – South Park districtwith shops and underground parking levels
Total built-up area:7 000 sq.m.
Time for completion:May 2010 - February 2012
Specific features:Building with distinctive architecture. It is built from reinforced concrete structure and curtain wall limestone façade. A complex steel structure serving for suspending the façade was developed especially for the project.

Specific features:Building with unique architecture – dynamic staces containing extremely complex for implementation structural elements. Special attention is paid to the design and implementation of details of a ventilated facade made by ceramic bricks.

“Labirint” Furnitue store,Sofia
Total built-up area:13 000 sq.m.
Time for completion:October 2006 – November 2007
Specific features:Outer shell and superstructure of an existing building without disturbing the commercial activities of the Employer thanks to precise logistics developments.
The Outer shell is built by traditional method from monolithic concrete. Two steel columns are designed for lightening the structure of the superstructure levels, and the floor plate is executed from shaped steel and concrete.

Specific features:The complex consists of a nine 3-storey single-family houses with basement garage and parking space. The total built-up area of each house is 270 m2. The homes are equipped with green yard for self-usage with an area of 100 up to 250 m2 and local gas heating.

Specific features:Project execution is characterized with the integration of innovative technologies and traditional construction methods during the execution of the complex architectural design.Seven bells are mounted into the highest part of the bell tower made by special order in Russia, the largest of which weighs 1,650 kg.
