As the only German operatorof business jets, we regularly undergo exactly the sameIATA Operational Safety Audit, IOSA for short, as alllarge airline companies. As an EASA-Part-145-certifiedmaintenance operation, we have already been offering

both line and base maintenance services for variousaircraft models since 1999. DC Aviation has acquiredthe Cayman Islands OTAR 145, Bermuda OTAR 145 andUnited Arab Emirates CAR-145 certification. In addition,we have the acceptance to issue the CRS (Certificate ofRelease to Service) for Isle of Man registered aircraft.This assures our customers that they can depend onmaximum safety on a truly permanent basis.

We have alicensed battery shop and a renowned partner“on board” for projects in the cabin area:The Cabin Shop inside our hanger is operated byOHS Aviation Services out of Berlin. This companyspecializes in services spanning the preparation andfurnishing of business jet cabins, the repair of panelingand padding, and complete cabin refurbishments atthe premium level.You can easily combine the installation of new featuresin your cabin with repair and/or maintenance work that

may be required anyway, which would reduce the over-all downtime. This not only ensures the safety of youraircraft. It also protects is value.As our customer, you can be absolutely sure that whenyou hand over your jet to our care you will get it back inexcellent condition.

Our Technicians are First-Rate.So is our Spare Parts Inventory.Quick action must be taken when it comes to “Aircraft on ground”. This is taken care by our team of over 50 experienced engineers, mechanics, and technicians, which guarantees 24/7 readiness. Simultaneously, the AOG Support & Logistics Team in our Maintenance Logistics Center is also ready around the clock to procure the required spare parts as quickly as possible. The most critical parts can be found justinside our own warehouse, where spare parts totaling more than EUR 6.5 million in value are stored. Our close collaboration with the manufacturers helps ensure that even parts we do not stock will be delivered in a very timely manner. Our AEO certification also simplifies and significantly speeds up customs clearance for spare parts.
