Any employee can raise a hazard or safety related request by logging on http://flightsafety.airindia.in and going in to online reporting section

SMS Process workflow has automate various reporting forms that are available on flight safety website It will be helpful for safety management system (SMS) team to track and monitor various hazard reports

submitted by employees Various DMS workflow processes will be used for reporting different report:

SMS Reporting

1. Anonymous reporting

2. Confidential reporting

3. Voluntary reporting

Mandatory Reporting

1. BIRD STRIKE reporting

2. EGPWS reporting

3. FDTL reporting

4. FSR – AI reporting

5. FSR-IX reporting

6. TA Reporting Any employee can raise a hazard or safety related request by logging on http://flightsafety.airindia.in and

going in to online reporting section

Mandatory Reporting

Following mandatory reporting can be raised :- BIRD STRIKE reporting EGPWS reporting FDTL reporting FSR – AI reporting FSR-IX reporting TA Reporting

All the mandatory reporting will have same action and feature like SMS reporting It can be raised in same way as described in earlier slides for SMS reporting
