With ACC-E series, outdoor coupling no longer limited to AMC-D/ER series only. Different outdoor coupling had been tested with ACC-E series to give more choice on coupling selection.
Cater to different ducting application requirement, ACC-D and ACC-E series are designed with different static range. ACC-D series is designed for very high static requirement (up to 200pa), whereby ACC-E series is for high static requirement (up to 100pa). Both series offer 4 choices of external static pressure by using the built in four speeds direct drive fan motor. As such, selection of desire air flow or external static becomes much easier.

Both ACC-D and E series offer lower height at 430mm only. Furthermore, depth of ACC-E series had even been reduced 44mm compared to ACC-D series. This gives ACC-E a more compact design. With this, the unit can be easily fitted into any concealed ceiling and allows more ceiling height space for interior design.
Both ACC-D and ACC-E series are designed to have better serviceability by allowing access to the internal components from side or bottom panel. The entire fan deck can be easily pulled in or out from either side of the unit to ease servicing of fan motor. Bottom access allows servicing of coil and other internal parts of the unit.
ACC-D series is supplied standard with Netware III wired which offers wide range of control features including 7 days programable timer , 24 hours timer setting, self diagnosis error code display and more.
ACC-E series is offered with SLM3 as standard. Advanced wired controller Netware III is offered as an option to provide wider range of control features.

The designed of the direct drive condenser fans together with the raise fan guard helps to reduces the operating noise from the fan.Besides that, the compressor is well isolated to the housing cabinet, avoiding transmission of vibration. This also helps in reducing the sound pressure of the unit.
As the hot air density is lower than surrounding atmosphere, the vertical air throw of the Acson AVCU series have improved the air distribution. This in turn helps to improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger as well as avoid the hot air short circuit possibility for heat exchanger. The large coil surface area is incorporated with unique slit fins design and inner grove copper tube to increase the heat exchanger surface. This has helped to improve thermal transfer, providing maximum efficiency and hence boosts up the unit capacity.
VerticalCondensing Unit
Powder-coated fan guard and full metal louvered coil guard protect the condenser fan and the condenser coil, which forms part of the body of the AVCU, from damages by external forces. It also contributes largely to the appearance of the unit.
With a smaller base and the vertical air discharge, the Acson AVCU meets the requirement of minimum space utilization and suitable for multi-unit installation, especially in area whereby floor space constraint is an issue.
The AVCU is equipped with state-of-the-art compressor with proven quality, thus giving the unit high capacity, good performance, better reliability and durability. Besides that, the integration of a set of high and low pressure switches in the unit provides better protection to the compressor, prolonging the compressor life span.
The material used for the AVCU are designed to resist toughest climates. Constructed with gauge galvanized steel and powder paint, the strength of the structures have improved as well as giving better weather protection. This helps to establish AVCU series as a robust unit.
The Acson AVCU is capable to couple with various indoor units such as wall mounted, ceiling cassette, ceiling convertible and ceiling concealed split unit.

• Expansion device: Thermal expansion valves are supplied as standard. Double TXV is used in heatpump model to optimize the performance for both cooling and heating.• Compressor: Each high efficiency scroll type compressor is hermetically sealed, quiet running and supported on rubber mounts to minimize vibration.• Indoor Fan: A dynamically balanced forward curved fan with a field changeable pulley package, in order to match the designed supply air requirements.• Condenser fan blade: Use of 32” and 36” propeller fan blade has effectively reduce the sound pressure level.• Condenser fan motor: IP20 for AMC 75/100 D/ER while IP54 for AMC 125/150 D/ER.

Whenever unit stop due to power failure during operation unit automatically restarts at last setting condition once the power is resumed. However, the compressors will restart randomly if more than one unit is installed and share the same phase of power. Option is provided to cancel this feature.

Discharge line and suction line access valve is accessible without opening the unit casing.

Standard maximum piping length of Acson ducted split is up to 35m for Cooling Only model and 45m for heatpump model. However, long piping spec for Cooling Only model can be specified for stringent project requirement.
Fire-resistant Polyethylene is used at every possible condensate panel to prevent all forms of water or moisture penetration. Polyethylene, which is also a type of Closed Cell Foam Insulation (CCF) has offered the following advantages:• Durable external surface that resists dirt tough and resilient• Higher degree of puncture resistance when compared to fiberglass• Easily cleaned surface (if necessary) to further resist microbial growth
The outdoor units are come with factory Nitrogen holding charge. Installer will need to charge the HCFC-22 (R-22) refrigerant at side according to the manual recommendation
Acson ducted split quality is ensured & qualified by specific testing method as following:• 100% coil leak test by helium testing method• Copper tubes were tested at burst pressure, where it is at least 3 times the refrigerant operating pressure.• Every components being used in our unit are tested, at factory test lab.• Every unit receives a 100% unit run test before leaving the production line to make sure it lives up to Acson requirement.

Acson rooftop quality is ensured & qualified by specific testing method as following:• 100% coil leak test by helium testing method• Copper tubes were tested at burst pressure, where it is at least 3 times the refrigerant operating pressure.• Every components being used in our rooftop are tested, at factory test lab.• Every unit receives a 100% unit run test before leaving the production line to make sure it lives up to Acson requirement.

• Maximum point to point communication bus up to 1000m.• A single master unit can control up to 15 slave units in each group.• Support up to 128 air conditioning units on a single communication bus.• Each slave unit will sense their individual local temperature.
Network Interface Module (NIM) is a networking system which enables communication among Acson air conditioners.
With the Network Interface Module (NIM), all your air conditioning systems can be controlled with just a single controller giving you benefits:
• More convenience. No more individually controlling air conditioning units• Quicker and easier zone control from the master control unit• Better control of air conditioning systems operating conditionsNIM utilizes master-slave type system whereby the master node will issue commands to each of the slave nodes.
Every master unit will have a group address so that every slave can only response to their respective master. Each slave unit must have a unique address so that it can be addressed independently of other nodes.The master unit will be operating in conjunction with a control panel. Any settings
done via the control panel connected to the master will overwrite the settings of its slave units.Slave unit can be operated with or without control panel. If a slave unit is operating with a control panel, its settings can be changed without following its master.

Built on the NIM configuration, S-NIM serves to enhance the abilities and extend the operating lifetime of existing air conditioning units in harsh and demanding environment.S-NIM works in a master & slave system, operating at alternate sequence of preset hours. Whenever the operating unit is at fault, the standby unit will automatically takes over.Features• Auto restart feature with last state settings.• 2 air conditioning units in a master & slave system, operating at alternate sequence of preset time (3/4/5/7/9/11/12 hours).• System controlled by a single Netware 3 or SLM3 wired controller.• When the operating unit is at fault, the standby unit automatically takes over.• Error indication via error code displayed on LCD panel. (only is using Netware 3 control panel)• During system OFF mode, running timer will stop. It resumes when changing to ON mode.• Preset operation hours can be set via DIP Switch.* The air conditioning unit connected to the wired controller is always the master unit.
