Organizing Committees Being a part of an organizing committee tasks individuals with setting up events that help to promote AIESEC’s mission of peace and fulfillment of human-kind’s potential. Projects range from Youth Forums to Cultural Events that have a common purpose of connecting students with opportunities to develop their leadership potential by engaging with business leaders or expanding their global awareness. Youth To Business Forum Youth to Business Forum is an event that takes place in multiple locations around the world; bringing top young leaders together with business leaders, thought leaders, and experts for a conversation around pressing global issues with the aim to generate new, but most importantly, actionable ideas to that will impact the world and its future. Global Village An event for everyone that takes place around the world and brings together people across a wide range of cultures, flavours, dances and smiles. Global Village is closely related to AIESEC's mission as it encourages social sustainability, world awareness, and cultural understanding. It revives the general concept of the world being a ‘global village’ and inspires people to understand and appreciate the uniqueness and difference of each other. AIESEC enables our members to gain practical skills and work experience through our Micro-Experience Program where they will play a fundamental part in bringing our projects to life. A micro-experience is a short term experience through AIESEC to manage a project or event focused on creating an impact on youth leadership. Volunteer to become part of our mentoring program, manage a social project, or be an AIESEC ambassador in your local community. Engage with AIESEC and develop your skills in event planning, stakeholder management, coaching and mentoring, developing budgets, performance management, and much more.
