AIESEC is a global, independent, non-political, non-profit-making organization which has an interest in world issues, leadership and

management. It is the world’s largest student-run organization which enables young people to discover and develop their

potential and to positively impact the society.

Page 3: AIESEC in KeMU

AIESEC develops the leadership potential of youth through experiential learning, volunteer experiences and professional

internships.Enabling both employers and organizationsto connect with a global network of talent.

Page 4: AIESEC in KeMU

Youth leadership is not an option, it is our responsibility.

Page 5: AIESEC in KeMU

The world is full of complex challenges that need better leadership to address them. Our belief is that responsible and

entrepreneurial leadership can help us solve many of today’s challenges. Leaders who not only have the capabilities to create impact, but also the values that will guide their ethics and decision-making. From our issues , poverty, corruption, lack of health facilities we believe in changing Kenya and the world not only from the outside, but from the inside out through the

leaders we develop.

Every year we provide opportunities for young people to gain real work experience through our extensive AIESEC global networks. Students are able to go for volunteer exchange in a different country and learn to sear. They are exposed to different challenges and through that they become

self aware and develop their leadership skills. More so we are able to make an impact to the society

Page 8: AIESEC in KeMU

For volunteer exchange to be possible a team of AIESEC members are committed to creating projects for the volunteers to work in, preparing

accommodation and providing integration programs for the volunteers to settle well, overcome culture shock and learn how to live in Nairobi
