Many achievements during the past four years since the election for the Council of Asian Handball Federation in the year 2009 until the Congress is held in 2013 to elect a new council. There is a big development in all the activities of AHF Commissions due to the guidance of H.E. Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad, President of AHF, all the respected Council Members with the co- operation of the Chairmen of Commissions and the AHF Member Federa- tions, the IHF and its counterpart AHF. With the financial and spiritual sup- port from the government of the State of Kuwait and with the unity which Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad tried to achieve also which had a big effect in the achievements and developments to boom the level of Asian Handball in the Continental and International levels. In this period of the Council, the Amendments and Developments in By- laws and Regulations of AHF to go with the Bylaws and Regulations of IHF were made, also the number of participants from AHF Member Federa- tions is increased in all the Championships, after the Council’s attention towards Under Developed Countries of Handball by providing the Finan- cial, Material and Spiritual support which contributed in developing, host- ing and participating in some of the Asian and International Qualifications and Championships. Due to the Courses for Referees the level of Refereeing in Asia improved technically and the quantity of Continental and International Young Refer- ees increased whom they participated in Asian and International Champi- onships, because the Referees are one of the Basic Pillars to develop Asian Handball. Also due to the development of the level of game in Asia many of the Spon- sors are willing to sponsor the championships, especially the TV Broad- casting companies and Molten Company who extended the contract with AHF until 2020, also they provided balls for AHF Championships and to the Under Developed countries of Handball, the 361 Company provided all kind of uniforms for Technical Committee and Referees during all Qualifications and Asian Championships. In this occasion I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart, all the Member Federations who are hosting the Qualifications and Asian Championships which have a big effect in the success of AHF, also I would like to congratulate all the Federations who are repre- senting Asia in the Worlds Championships in all categories, also the Clubs representing Asia in the Super Globe. Finally, I would like to thank the President of AHF, the Council Members, Executive Committee Members, all the staffs and the Secretaries of AHF for cooperating towards succeeding the activities of AHF during this period. Six countries from South Korea,

Kazakhstan, China, Thailand, Viet-nam and Mongolia participated in women youth category, all of them played in one group. The match be-tween Korea and Kazakhstan for 1st and 2nd Places to achieve the champi-onship was very interesting; because of the enthusiasm of the players they showed in the starting of the match. But, the speed of the Korean Giants took control of the match after the third minute itself and started to in-crease the goals gradually with their high skills, fitness and the profession-alism of the coach Mr. Ooh-Ha SIL in controlling the match. The Play-ers’ execution of some of the tactics

brought the applause of the specta-tors, especially the strong defense to end the first half by 24 – 12. The Coach Mr. SIL involved all the substitute players in different peri-ods, these changes gave rest to the main players and exhausted the op-ponent players of Kazakhstan team which showed the lack of fitness in the second half. So, the Korean team ended the match 45 – 25 with the difference of 20 goals and this re-sult showed that the Korean team is stronger than the Kazakhstan team. The teams scored 745 goals in 15 matches with an average of 49 goals in each match; the Korean team was

1 If 1 or 2 points are credited when a goal is scored (Rules 9, 14:4, Clarification No.

1), then the court referee must indicated this by displaying 1 or 2 fingers. When 2 points are awarded, the goal referee does a full vertical arm swing additionally.

2 Hand Signal 12: The referee indicates the rule violation and points to the offend-

ing player. A bent arm, grabbed at the wrist by the other arm, indicates a suspension.

3 The referee uses a red card to indicate an “immediate” disqualification.

4 Disqualifications must be clearly con-firmed by a red card being held in the air

by the scorekeeper.

5 When a free-throw or throw-in is called, the referees must show immediately

the direction for the throw that is to fol-low (Hand Signals 7 or 9). Thereafter, as ap-plicable, the appropriate obligatory Hand Signal(s) should be given, to indicate any personal punishment (Hand Signals 12-14). If it seems that it would also be useful to ex-plain the reason for a free-throw or 6-meter throw decision, then the applicable one of Hand Signals 1-6 could be given for the sake of information.

6 Hand Signals 11, 15 and 16 are mandato-ry in those situations where they apply.

7 Hand Signals 8, 10 and 17 are used as deemed necessary by the referees.

He is not only an ordinary person because he is the President of Bahrain Handball Federation but he is also intelligent am-bitious administrative talent who works silent refuse the gray colours. So a discus-sion with Mr. Ali Eisa Ishaqi features that he is standing in the base of Knowledge and speech. And he goes far from prais-ing in front of him but he goes directly into the problems, he is a man of opinion and situations which you go with him or against, but you like to hear what he say when he is exhibiting the methods with the reasons. The meeting with the President Mr. Ali Eisa was in all directions and we ask him:

Mr. Ali Eisa the President of Bahrain Handball Federation

The foresight of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad is behind the Asian Success

Meeting

Page 43: AHF Magazine

ASIAN HANDBALL - October 2013 43

Are you satisfied with your period in Bahrain Handball Association since 2005 as the vice-president?Until most of the period I felt comfortable but I resigned and went back to my origi-nal club Al-Ahli as a trea-surer and in charge of the Handball since 2009. In this year I won the election as a President for Bahrain Hand-ball Association and I got 9 votes from 12 and I won the chairmanship.

Why you resigned from the Association and re-turned back again? In this period Al-Ahli Club needed me because I was afraid that the club will lose its achievements espe-cially Handball and the club promised me that they will give me a choice between club and Association in the next period.

What you achieve when you are the President of Bahrain Handball Associa-tion?I achieved a lot of things in this small period; it’s enough for me that I won the elec-tion in the next congress without any opposition. I think this is a certificate of recognition for me during my service in the Associa-tion.

Are you satisfied of your achievement? We started the steps to-wards reformation and we feel good but not in the level of ambitions we want. But we put a strong base-ment and now we have a better administration still

not enough. We cannot re-duce the service of the pre-vious council because they have a good impression in the game during their hard work and now we continue in the same way towards achieving.

Why the improvement is not 100 percent? You should know that we as an association put the view and strategy to achieve but some of the executional matters are objecting. This is the situation for any founda-tion needs to improve and this happens in all levels in the Arab countries.

Did you think that the problem of Handball is just administration? No. this is mixed between administration and tech-nical corners; hence, we organized many courses for some commissions to activate to be part of the system, we formed a com-mission called Disciplinary Commission to prepare the Bylaws and Regulations for Penalties arising during the matches. And this is a small step to solve the problems.

How you formed this Dis-ciplinary Commission? The important thing when we formed this commis-sion is that each club will have a representative in this commission and the Repre-sentative will accept these regulations for penalties hence, they can’t overlook these regulations in any situation. And the decision is effective but there is a right for the club to appeal

about the decision and this mechanism is developed for flexibility and freedom of thought in the sports activi-ties.

What is the big challenge you faced in this field?I don’t think this as a chal-lenge but patient to suc-cess, when I became the president, I had many sta-tions in front of me which is not hidden for you that whoever accept this respon-sibility should be connected with everybody, and solve the problems with the In-ternational, Continental and Arab Federations. It is dif-ficult to work alone, luckily we achieved this goal.

Is that mean that there was some problems be-tween your Association and other Federations es-pecially AHF?

Actually there is no work without problems espe-cially with AHF and we got support from Sheikh Eisa Bin Rashid the Hon. Presi-dent of Olympic Committee of Bahrain during his con-nection with Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad, President of AHF and we visited Kuwait and we solved all the problems. The Treasurer of AHF Mr. Bader Al-Theyab he played a good roll in solving all the problems, because he has a good view.

What is the connection of Bader Al-Theyab in this problem? He hasn’t any connection but this person I recognize him as an unknown soldier in AHF and he prefer to work in good atmosphere. So he took part in solving this problem.

What is this problem?I don’t like to speak in this matter but the important thing is that we solved it. We should know that the stabil-ity is the important thing in any Foundation. This was the foresight of Sheikh Ah-mad Al-Fahad and Bader Al-Theyab.

What is the meaning in nominating you for the Council Member of AHF?I was honored to work in this successful Federation during the previous small period but I’ll not accept being a non-active member even though this is a posi-tion of Bahrain Kingdom. I nominate myself because I feel that most of the Fed-erations in the continent especially Kuwait the Head Quarters of AHF want me as a council member. I should be working in a place where I’m wanted.

How you see the matters?Everything is feeling good, the connection between the continental federation and Bahrain Handball As-sociation is excellent. They awarded us the organization of Asian Men Youth Champi-onship and we put the plan for all Gulf countries and it brought the benefits.

What is your achievement in this small period?First time the Men’s team achieved the second place in Asian Men’s Champi-onship 2010 and Youth achieved the third place and Men Beach Handball Team achieved the Silver Medal in the same year in Asian Beach Games 2012 in China, and this is achieve-ment Unprecedented dur-ing one year.

This is your achievements in the technical corner, what about the achieve-ments in the administra-tive field? There is lot. The important one is founding a Handball Academy since 8 months for the persons born between 2001 until 2004. And we made a contract with the international coaches, be-cause all the big clubs in the world have an academy to produce good players. But the Academy needs fi-nancial support? After we provided the proj-ect we got the approval of Bahrain Olympic Com-mittee with the President Sheikh Nasar Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa. After the Olympic Committee is satisfied they allowed increasing the Bud-get for the success of the Academy including the Na-tional Teams, Referees and Coaches.

Which school the Academy targets? The Leader of this Acad-emy is Mr. Drusto Boha from Serbia and Goal-keeper coach from Macedonia with three national coaches and Sheikh Eisa Bin Rashid

Meeting

Page 45: AHF Magazine

a coach for Women from Croatia and Physiotherapist from Serbia.

What are the executive plans followed to start to work in the Academy? We popularized the game in Bahrain 80 percent and we made exams in seven schools and we chose 4000 students after that we fil-tered 392 students and then we chose 149 students and finalized to 79 players.

What are the measures for choosing?Height, Fit and reading the genes and we concentrate in the players who is left handed because they are not found more in the field. Then we participate with these players as a team in Youth league.

Bahrain Handball Associa-tion has just one Hall, how the Academy is manag-ing?Good question. Due to the non-availability of Halls we ask the support for the halls of Ministry of Education. Of course we need halls, so we provided a project which is under study.

This is a professional job but incomplete?Of course, the Handball should be independent that means the Federation should be independent from the government and should be free in taking de-cisions, and in political.

How?To nobody misunderstand me… nobody should

interfere in the work and be self-dependent of the incomes and don’t need the support of government. I mean, as a private company has independent budget but this in general difficult to do it in Arab countries.

That means… you want privatization of the Fed-eration?Yes… because this will guar-antee an independent fed-eration but this will not hap-pen in one night but it will take a long period of transi-tion. Because we still live in an amateur period.

Do you think that Arab countries are in the wrong way in moving the sport?Of course… they are in the wrong way everybody should learn and accept the changes. I agree this is diffi-cult but not impossible.

Then… the difference in the administration be-tween us and the Europe is big?The difference is very big; we can’t measure by the num-bers of years, because the improvement in the level of Handball is connected with the improvement of behav-ior in the lifestyle.

What is your opinion about the level of Gulf National teams, they are improving or decreasing?Actually these national teams are always improving and nobody can deny that. There is improvement in the national teams of Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, but the level is decreasing

in national teams of Kuwait and we don’t know why.

How you see the level of Arabs?I’m a member of Executive office of Arab Federation, there is a clear decreasing. Even some of the achieve-ments in the world level is by luck. The Federation needs exploitations of skills which is already there but not exploited.

What if your opinion of AHF?The reason for nominating me for AHF is they have a professional job in the pre-vious little years. There is a big job and professional in the commissions of Or-ganizing and Competition, Playing Rules and Referees commission. Everybody will agree about this job but it needs Marketing Media to get the financial income to help AHF to support the Un-der Developed Countries. All these things will be pos-sible when the Marketing Commission is active.

Why this development in AHF?I think the stability and no favors in the relations; all these are due to the plans of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad, President of AHF. He enjoy in mixing the brilliance of sport and the leadership of sport and he has the im-pression of history in con-tinental and international. And he added and assured that Mr. Bader Al-Theyab, Treasurer of AHF is a veter-an and a person who is like in all Federations in Yellow continent because he has the attitude and solves all the problems in the begin-ning. And I repeat he is an unknown soldier and he work silent for the success of the Political of AHF.

I think you are impressed very much by Mr. Bader Al-Theyab?This is of course; this is not my opinion the opinion of all responsibilities of all federations of Asian con-tinent, I think you agree with me.

Nobody can deny that the Nor-wegian Women team is the New Olympic Champion. They applied the fastest game in Beijing Olym-pics as a best team and they scored 12 goals in a blitz in the Olympics Final against Russia. (The score was 7:1 after 7 minutes and 13:3 after 15 minutes) Their attacks were killing fast and they had the game in total control in the early stages itself and the game was one sided. 65 goals scored totally in 8 games

was the contribution of counter-attack (i.e. equals to 26.2 % of total goals.) in gaining the first place of Norwegian team in the statistics. If we take into account the percent-age of fast game through counter-attack in the first half or second half or in the throw-offs it will be more than that. (because the statistics are not available) So, it’s clear that the fast game in Women’s Handball of higher level is similar to Men’s Hand-ball.

The way of play for Norwe-gians is counter-attack

For sure, a successful game with counter-attack also an evidence of good defense. For Norwegians 6:0 defense method was the best for them in the Olympics. The first picture is a clear example of how the Norwegians made their counter-attack. But, also there is a risk of defense. Both the attacking players against the wings started

running in the counter-attack in the early stage itself, even though the ball was not in the complete posses-sion. This early start is an evidence of reading the situation clearly in search of different chances to pos-sess the ball. Because, the counter-attack from both sides is basically a productive one; while the opponent lose the ball both wing players will start running on the side line very fast to establish a counter-attack. The second picture is clearly show-ing a counter-attack from the court player and the two wings players

and the player behind her and it’s very cleared that the counter-attack of Norwegians how they invested excellently field of play. The goal keeper or the player who started the play is having a long ex-ercise towards the wings players. The first circle is explaining this counter-attack which includes a long exer-cise; meanwhile, according to the stand the coach player is third player who joins the first counter-attack.The second option is activating the first counter-attack by a pass from one of the center player, hence the

other center players immediately taking their places inside the defense area towards the wing to be available to receive the short pass from the goal keeper. After receiving the ball they are eager to have the chance of passing the ball to the player who is in front with the counter-attack. The second circle shows that after receiv-ing the ball from the Norwegians de-fense (6:0) in the circle. The first and second picture shows another typical scene of Norwegians behavior during the first counter-attack.

1. Development in the qualities of the characters (Physi-cal and mental capacity of each age category).

2. Focus on success in the sense of the players.3. Developing the spirit of community.4. Developing the desire to ensure the regular atten-

dance.5. Focus on the art of performance for the age categories,

so, its easy to execute the basic skills of Handball game which leads towards their self believe and confidence if victory.

6. Installing the desire in the players; this stands on the preparation of the coach of a training module and he should consider the following:

a. In the beginning he should start with simple and easy trainings for the players to achieve the small and fast victories. This will create a desire in them to continue

the training.b. The players should be divided into different groups

appropriately and according to their strengths. It is not important to have same training modules for all. Be-cause, sometimes it will be hard for a group and easy for another group.

c. In most of the times the desire of a player in training and executing will go down if the training goes in a single frequency and boring…. So, different kind of training, practice and art of executing is necessary.

For example during warm-up:The coach should make it as a small game in sometimes another time it should be dribbling the ball and conver-sation third time handling the ball and fitness exercises. The propagation of making combined competitions and

trainings should be taken in to account with monitoring the time measurement during the execution, like:a. Dribbling the ball continuously with running until 20

meters with left hand.b. Dribbling the ball continuously with running until 20

meters with right hand.c. Passing the ball to another player standing in the left

side of the player who is a right hand player and vice versa.

d. Receiving the ball in motion.e. Shooting in to the Goal.

In the Play:It is necessary to complete the game in each training module. In the beginning no need to be like a handball match which have two goal posts but it is enough to be like a beginners match or like groups plying with one ball and a goal post. After spending some time in training, it is important to have some handball sport practice for 15-20 minutes of practice time at least. If there is more than two teams the time will increase to 45 minutes. How is it possible for a coach to improve the team spirit of a team? The team spirit will improve according to the improve-ment of attitude in the view of training and with combin-ing both. It is hard to explain the stages of improvement; hence, those things are mixed with each other, however this improvement in general will come as follows:1. The coach will manage the team without any limita-

tions and the requirements of the team members would be in his total control which they have to fulfill.

2. A positive nucleus which consists automatically be-tween the players will create a positive character which will help during the matches to execute the plans. That nucleus will reflect in the other players also.

3. This collective effort will specify the duties of the co-players of the team personally.

It is necessary to start from the first hour itself to create the team spirit as per the following steps:The first step to create the team spirit for a team:The coach should give instructions to the team and he will explain to the players his executive proposals which they can implement if they execute his previous instruc-tions. Also he should make the previous instructions as a character slowly and he should have thinked about it deeply. Now we will give some examples of that:a. Punctuality in attending the training and the matches.b. If there is ample reason should ask excuse for skipping

the training or the matches.c. Clean sportswear and wearing according to the rules

and regulations.d. Maintaining the system properly in taking their places

of everyone. e. Behaving as a role model towards the referees, co-

players, juries and the opponent teams.f. Not criticizing the referees’ decisions. If the players didn’t follow these basic instructions, a warning or a temporary suspension from the training and from the competitions or excluding them from the team for a certain period is necessary. Otherwise, the team spirit will be missing from the team. This should be followed to the players of good levels and excellent skills also. Sometimes excluding a good player from the team may weaken the team in the beginning but the end re-sult will be good for the improvement of the team and that is the main aim in making as one group. The coach should not face any interference in those basic instructions. All these should be with a fun atmosphere in the beginning and this fun atmosphere will be created by following things:a. Happiness which comes before the next training pe-

riod and in waiting for that.b. Participating in tournaments and championships.c. Improving the level of physical abilities in the perfor-

mance (which will show in the fundamental training results)

Second step to improvethe team spirit of a team:

Achieving the second step to improve the team spirit will stand on the individual attitudes that have the positive spirit and he can lead the co-players by following the

Page 52: AHF Magazine

ASIAN HANDBALL - October 201352

instructions of the coach exactly. These kinds of players should be given different kind of tasks like taking care of the Balls and captaining the team. When these persons complete their tasks, the coach will assist them without interfering in their powers in front of others. With that we can overcome a lot of difficulties, because each team will try to safeguard their high position which they achieved in handball. This position should be achieved by improving the team spirit of the team.

Practical examples to improve the team spirit in the team:1. If any player has their own idea which is against the

team, it is necessary to explain him about his wrong exercise and importantly they should understand that consistent victory will be succeeded only with the team play.

If the beginners have many attempts to reach to shoot at the goal by dribbling the ball continuously and didn’t succeed, meanwhile it is necessary to prevent the whole team from dribbling the ball that means compelling them to dribble the ball just once. If the instruction of the coach isn’t followed the offending team will be punished by giving a free through in favor of the other team.To begin with, all the players should be taught to drib-ble the ball continuously or just once with a break to the game. To prove this, we can guess the time taken by the flight of the ball during the training and comparing the time with the time consumed by the player to pass the same distance with dribbling. By holding this simple comparison it will be clear for the players that the ad-vice of the coach and his thinking is correct. Dribbling the ball is not allowed unless there is a co-player in an unattended position or the way towards the goal is free from the opponents. Apart from this dribbling will not be permitted to the team.2. We must explain the players that passing the ball to

a fellow player who is in a great position to score is better than scoring the goal by shooting himself di-rectly; therefore they imagine that the person who scores the goal is the hero, here we have to change this mentality. This is an important thing for a coach to take care of that.

3. Shouting and scolding should be prevented seriously even one of the players is clearly responsible for los-ing the ball or wasted an absolute chance to score. Because these kind of attitude will demoralize a team as a whole.

4. All the players should behave in a sportive manner. If anyone opposes these basics he should be suspend-ed temporarily or permanently from the game. The

coach should extend this suspension in the matches also, even if the referee didn’t order against a player when he is behaving against the team spirit.

5. The players should be educated the virtue of self-con-trol, that’s where they avenge themselves from the opponent player during rough play which results in out of play and leads to a sharp decline in the effec-tiveness of the team.

6. All the players should follow the technical instructions in defense to prevent the rival player from scoring goals and also in the attack.

7. The coaching should be given on collective assistance during the non training period.

How is it possible to grow the habit of desire inside the players?Growing the habit of desire needs a lot of effort in this way, so, the players should be faced obstacles similar to those situations where they must make the effort to keep control of those obstacles and hardships. Some of the examples to grow the habit of desire inside the players:1. Continuous play always even the team lost the hope of

winning the match until the end of the match without

leaving the efforts involved.2. Continuous training during the coaching especially

those trainings which are demonstrated as low inter-ested from other trainings.

3. Organized escalation of the duties required from a player to do.

4. Abide by the factor of time while passing the coach-ing ring for example.

5. Abide by the factor of time while combined coach-ing.

6. Considering the facing of the targeted player seriously that is when standing like a bulwark.

7. Coaching the shooting with fall then with an oppo-nent player in the next step.

8. Playing in the bad weather (windy – rainy – extreme heat)

9. Assigning the player to complete the organized home work.

10. Coaching to control him inside the playing hall.

Training periods: one to two times weekly.Aim: to be a nice game and to grow the desire of the game by following materials:

1. Basic idea of Handball2. Explaining how to play as a team3. Explaining the content of the game through the

rules.4. Explaining the importance of fair play.5. A nice game before the results. (the performance not

the result)6. Instructing the system.7. Showing the talents:Following the way of teaching of the game by following five steps:First: Display “Model Performance”Second: Explanation “explaining”Third: Coaching “repeating”Fourth: Duties noteFifth: Correcting the mistakesThe connection between the coach and the player should be:55% look (observation)38% listening7% word

Like a Chinese proverb says:“I can forget what I heard but I can’t forget what I saw”(Some ideas for youth handball)1. No need for plans and high technical performance in

this age2. Leave the players to improve their natural skills to

show their gifted talents during the practice and play.

3. While practicing and playing matches the player should take in to his account the simple rules and fol-low the technical aspects of the game.

4. Make him love the game without forcing him to be regular and playing for more than 2 – 3 hours in a week during his school age.

5. Holding exhibitions or Sports day in the weekend holi-days by inviting the families, coaches and the teachers to provide the safety and encouraging them.

6. Enjoying the game is important to produce the results and focusing on fair play is most important which should be given first preference.

Rules of the game:1. Overlook the rules of keeping the ball and passing it.2. Taking care of not entering the goal area and not mov-

ing with the ball more than 3 steps.3. When a player is suspended only the player should

be punished not the team that means the concerned player should exit and a substitute player should en-ter hence, the game should move with all the players.

4. Not focusing on the rules of entering or exiting of the players without any punishment.

The Shoulder joint is the most flexible joint between the joints of the human body and also the joint with wide range of movement. Because it allows the greatest possible degree of movement in the human body and because of its unique composition is similar in shape of a ball moving on a platter. However, the flexible movement of the shoulder joint is at the expense of the stability of the joint is also more prone to dislocation, especially in athletes, and this happens when the head of the bone moves spherical shape due to the thickness of the upper arm due to the cavity, which lie therein, and may be either hap-pen in front which is the most common result of falling on the shoulder or on the arm which is rare and either backward due to exposure to the impact from the front which causes - if severe - torn muscles or ligaments or the hamstrings supporting the shoulder. For that to be imaginable, the anatomical configura-tion of the shoulder joint consists of 3 different joints: the front side, the back side and the wraps around the shoulder joint muscles which is responsible for the stability of the joint and movement. The group com-prises the muscles surrounding the hinge shoulder of 4 muscles stretching from the scapula to the humerus: the muscle above the spinal and muscle under spinal and muscle teres minor and muscle under the tablet is

working these muscles to stabilize the shoulder joint in addition to rotate the humerus, and in the case of im-paired function of one of these muscles, it will affect the shoulder movement and function clearly.Perhaps the most important causes of shoulder pain is due to the weakness of the deep neck muscles and slipped disc in the spine of the back of the neck; what causes muscle weakness which is responsible for the sta-bility or for the movement of the shoulder joint, along with cramps, which may also affect the muscles of the top shoulder and neck or dislocation of the shoulder joint through injury directly, like the injury to the hu-meral. Sometimes the dislocation in these cases may be involuntary, which means that the patient can take off the joint and return it by some certain movements, and without pain or with a low degree of pain, in addition to this there are two more reasons, which are repeated dis-location of front shoulder joint involuntarily, because it results in the injury and cause a lot of pain, particularly in the movement of the joint erosion or joint infections as a result of the age factor or work load of the joints. And can be identified by the shoulder joint pain through symptoms including upper rear shoulder muscles and shoulder muscles rear oblique and deep neck muscles and muscles of the shoulder joint background. For the prevention of mother of the shoulder joint should be a joint exercise to move circular movements and simpli-fied front and rear.

When considering Handball play-ers we often meet a player who has all the requirements of this sport; the super speed, physical strength, flexibility and balance. Also we find that he is to derail and highlight all the attributes of the physical capa-bilities and skills very well through training. But once exposed to the pressured situations such as crucial games we find him not enjoying all these abilities and skills, but has become a burden on the teams who plays him.

Thus, such a player does not need to have further physical training or skills, because he has it already in himself, but in fact he needs a spe-cialized program to train mental skills and psychological works. By providing what is missing from these skills to be able to confront psycho-logically during the games and com-petitions he becomes able to cope with these pressures imposed by dif-ferent variables of the tournament as well as the ability to focus and to create goals that evoke a challenge.

But realistically, this will come through mastering the mental skills and basic psychological skills (such as mental perception- the focus of attention - self-confidence -facing the stress). There is a common belief that psychological preparation and mental skills training is for players of higher levels, or at the very least, it specializes on the players of adult age. On the contrary, the most im-portant and most dangerous stages that make up the player psycho-logically to serve his sports career

and even his public life, is the early stages of the sports activity. There is a general rule explains that training the mental and psychological skills at an early age is better whenever possible. There is a lot of emerging talents who disconnected the Practice of sporting activity and exposed to psychological combustion as a re-sult of their inability to confront anxiety and different stresses caused by the sport that they prac-tice and their lack of mental and psychological skills to face such pressures and they don’t have a guide to support them to overcome these pressures. Many of the psy-chological features like self-control, self-confidence and strained nerves and fear has played an important role in resolving the results of the matches. The matches of twenty-third World Championship for men in Spain illustrated these things and

it was so evident in the final game between the Spanish team and the Danish team. The Spain coach VALERO RIERA explained that, ap-propriate psychological readiness was the main factor in the superior-ity of the team in an unprecedented way in the final game. Unlike Den-mark Coach ULRIK WILBEK showed his bewilderment and surprise of the decline and fall of the level of the players in the final while offer-ing condolences to the loss of focus and attention. All of these results were resolved in favor of the teams which enjoy psychological traits such as self-restraint, no stress and self-confi-dence i.e. the balance of the whole team. On the basis of evolution of handball, which reflected in the per-formance levels of the players and teams during the games and the development in showing their skills and tactics has emerged clearly the

role of psychological preparation of the players and the team. Thus, the psychological preparation and the physical preparation of skills and tactics became the part of the pro-cess of learning and training of play-ers and groomed. The psychological preparation for handball players will pass a basic five stages, which are:Phase I: create a positive environ-mentPhase II: Control emotionsPhase III: Control of attentionPhase IV: Develop strategies before and during competitionsPhase V: the application of mental skills in training and competitionsThe first stage of psychological preparation of a handball player is to create a positive environment, which represent the main base of the mental preparation for a hand-ball player and can be summarized in the following picture:
