• Located in a pasture that is part of the normal grazing rotation.
• Typical of a majority of steams located on the property.
• Potential to demonstrate improvement over time if fenced out.
• Good locations for photo monitoring.
• Accessible for tours and educational programs, preferable during all weather conditions.
