In respect of export of organic pulses, the applications are required to be accompanied by a Transaction Certificate. These documents can be issued by accredited certification bodies authorized for specific markets as per the scope of accreditation. In case of certain markets, in-conversion organic products are not allowed to be imported. Therefore, to verify this aspect the application also needs to be accompanied by the Scope Certificate indicating the organic status of the produce. For the sake of convenience, we are enclosing the formats of the scope and transaction certificates for different markets. You are also requested to advise the exporters on the above lines while certifying their products referred to above.
Yours faithfully,
S.Dave Director
