Part II of the document includes a list of specific aids for the sector, distinguishing between possible topics, in which each call is identified,

and subsequently, in the corresponding section, each one is developed in greater depth. You can access the detail of each help from the Call

In Part III of the document, the aids available for the agri-food industry sector are presented, whose application period is open at

the time of writing of this monograph, as well as a series of grants for which there is a forecast of new calls even when they are not

open at the time of this publication, indicating the consultation links in which said information will be available for once they have

been published.

To do this, an individual file has been created for each of the aids identified, which can be consulted one by one. The content of each

sheet is structured as follows:

Name of the call

The name of the call in question is included.

Purpose of the aid

It details in a timely manner the purpose for which the aid was intended and what problems or challenges are intended to be solved

or addressed.

Type of help

Specifies the financial mode that governs the help. For example, in the case of non-refundable grants, loans, or even if it is possible

to combine both alternatives or some other modality.

Beneficiaries

It refers to the type of entities that may submit applications: consortia and associations of companies, individual entrepreneur,

mercantile society, others (universities, technological or research centers, public administrations, non-governmental organizations,

etc.).

Specific support for the agri-food industry sector

Purpose of the aid

The aid aims to improve the overall performance of companies in the wine sector and their adaptation to market demands, as well as increase their competitiveness.

Operations relating to tangible or intangible investments in wine processing and infrastructure facilities, as well as in marketing structures and instruments, may be eligible for subsidization, including to improve energy saving, global energy efficiency and sustainable processes.

Description of the aid

The following concepts are financed:

a) Construction, acquisition or improvement of real estate.

b) Purchase of new machinery and equipment up to the market value of the product.

c) General expenses linked to the expenses foreseen in letters a and b, such as, for example, fees for architects, engineers and consultants, as well as feasibility studies.

d) The acquisition or development of computer software, the acquisition of patents, licenses or copyrights and the registration of collective trademarks.

A total of 5 Calls are contemplated, for which the following deadlines have been set:

- For the first call, corresponding to the year 2018, it begins the day following the publication of this Resolution in the BOIB and ends on April 13, 2018;

- For the second call, corresponding to the year 2019, it begins on April 14, 2018 and ends on January 31, 2019;

- For the third call, corresponding to the year 2020, it begins on February 1, 2019 and ends on January 31, 2020;

- For the fourth call, corresponding to the year 2021, it begins on February 1, 2020 and ends on January 29, 2021;

- For the fifth convocation, corresponding to the year 2022, it begins on February 1, 2021 and ends on January 31, 2022.

Purpose of the aid

The aid aims to finance one or more of the following activities:

a) Replanting the vineyard

b) varietal reconversion

c) Improvement of vineyard management techniques

Aids may be granted to:

a) Compensate the winemakers participating in the plan for the loss of income derived from its application.

b) Participate in the costs of restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard.

Only the operations subject to aid carried out between the date of the initial control visit carried out by the FOGAIBA technicians and the 31st of May of the financial year following the application for the aid in the case of annual operations, or until 31 May, will be eligible. May of the two financial years following the request for assistance in the case of biennial operations.

Exceptionally, in the case of start-up actions, the inspection visit may be requested before submitting the request for assistance.

A total of 5 calls are considered annually, for which the following deadlines have been set:

For the 2018 call, the deadline for submission of applications for restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard will be from 11 to 23 March 2018.

For successive calls for the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, applications may be submitted between November 2 of the previous year and February 28 following.

Purpose of the aid

The aid aims to finance activities orientates to eliminate byproducts from winemaking or from other forms of transformation of grapes in Castilla-La Mancha.

Applications for aid may be submitted between October 16 and July 20 of each wine year, for the alcohol obtained during that campaign.

Purpose of the aid

Aid aimed at making investments in agricultural holdings registered in the Register of Agricultural Holdings of Navarra (REAN).

It is financed:

a) 30% in general.

b) 40% in the case of "young farmers".

c) In the case of associative farms in which young people participate, the ceiling established in general may increase up to 10 points, with a maximum of 40, depending on the proportion in which young farmers participate in the capital Social.

Support for the distillation of by-products of viticulture.

The amount of the aid to be paid to distillers or distillers authorized by the distillation of

Byproducts is:

a) 1,100 euros /% vol / hl, for alcohol obtained from breezes.

b) 0.500 euros /% vol / hl, for the alcohol obtained from wine and mothers.

As compensation for the costs of transportation and collection of by-products, the distiller must pay the producer the following amounts when the latter has borne the expense:

a) 0,571 euros /% vol / hl, for breezes delivered.

b) 0.400 euros /% vol / hl, per wine and delivered mothers.

1. INSTALLATION OF YOUNG FARMERS:

Modality A: Instalation in registered farms or to register in the Catalog of Prioritary Agrarian Properties of Cantabria and that becomes a professional farmer.

Modality B: Installation in non-priority agricultural holding with productive orientation different from cattle.

2. MODERNIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL OPERATIONS THROUGH IMPROVEMENT PLANS.

Purpose of the aid

The purpose of these subsidies is the financial support to cooperation projects for the sustainable supply of biomass among agents that receive or provide it, destined to the production of energy in the processing of agri-food products, within the framework of the National Rural Development Program 2014-2020, funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD)

The costs listed below will be eligible costs, provided that they are derived solely from the operation of the cooperation activities of the cooperation project and within the limits established in Annex I, where applicable:

a) Management and coordination expenses of the cooperation project.

1. Staff costs, provided that they occur during the preparation, execution, evaluation or monitoring of the subsidized project.

2. The costs of the personnel hired by the beneficiary specifically for the project are included

3. The costs corresponding to the proportion of the hours of work invested in the project by the permanent staff of the beneficiary are included.

4. All of this in accordance with Annex I where the maximum costs are established.

Purpose of the aid

Aids aimed to carry out operations in accordance with the Participatory Local Development strategy foreseen in Sub-measure 19.2 of the Rural Development Program of the Canary Islands for the period 2014-2020.

a) Construction, acquisition (including financial leasing) or improvement of real estate.

b) The purchase or lease with option to purchase new machinery and equipment up to the market value of the product.

c) The general costs related to the expenses contemplated in letters a) and b), such as honoraria of people with degrees in: architecture, engineering and consulting, fees related to advice on economic and environmental sustainability, including feasibility studies. Feasibility studies will continue to be considered as eligible expenses, even if, based on their result, no expenses referred to in letters a) and b) are incurred.

d) The following intangible investments: acquisition or development of computer programs and acquisitions of patents, licenses, copyrights, registered trademarks.

e) Audit reports made by an auditing person attached to the Official Register of Account Auditors.

f) Organization and provision of the transfer of knowledge or action of information and expenses of the participants in the training action

g) The technical fees, related to works execution projects and as long as they correspond to approved activities, will be eligible up to 12% of the material execution budget actually executed.

h) The general expenses and the industrial benefit in the execution of civil works projects will be eligible, with a maximum limit of 15% over the material execution budget actually executed.

i) Expenses for economic feasibility studies, or similar, will be eligible with a maximum of 3% of the rest of the eligible investment. In the case of projects charged to measure 16 of the Rural Development Program that will be eligible for 100% of the cost of the economic feasibility study, or similar, even if part or all of the investments are not carried out, if the study demonstrates its unfeasibility

j) Investments related to the installation of clean renewable energies exclusively for self-consumption.

k) Tourist accommodation, under the modality of houses and hotels, rural or emblematic. In the cases in which the tourist accommodation is complementary to the agrarian activity, any authorizable accommodation on existing building, which complies with the provisions of article 61 of Law 4/2017 of the Soil and of the Protected Natural Spaces of the Canary Islands, will be eligible.

l) In the case of staff costs, those included in the standard scales of unit costs that are approved with the annual call (hereinafter BECUS) and the calculation of indirect costs at a fixed rate of

Aid aimed at financing investments for the restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard in Galicia.

The support for this measure will be applied to the vineyards of Galicia destined to the production of grapes for winemaking whose winemakers do not contradict the regulations in force in the field of plantations for any of the vineyard areas of their farms.

Aids aimed at financing the modernization of agricultural holdings:

a) Improve the overall performance and sustainability of farms.

b) Improve the economic results of the farms.
