Agri-Fine Second Amended Complaint Filed 5-6-2015

For decades, Southeast Side residents have complained about a putrid smell coming from Agri-Fine Corp. The Illinois Attorney General’s Office filed a complaint in November against Agri-Fine, alleging that the company violated the Illinois Environmental Protection Act with emissions from its plant.
