Agile Methodologies are similar to Medicine. Doctors try to identify symptoms to make a diagnose and get a treatment. We do the same thing to help teams and organizations to work better using metrics (symptoms), charts to try to identify what's happening (diagnose) and find a solution (treatment).

In this presentation you will see some real cases and, as a 'doctor', you must find a cure for their 'diseases'. It's going to be fun!
