The “Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock”extended rules are as follows: • scissors cuts paper • scissors decapitates lizard • paper covers rock • lizard eats paper • rock crushes lizard • paper disproves Spock • lizard poisons Spock • Spock vaporizes rock • Spock smashes scissors • rock crushes scissors Many answers in this game may be subject to scrutiny. If there is any dispute between the “question reader” and the “answer giver”, the two parties will immediately play a round of “Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock” to decide the outcome. You must obey this outcome! The hand symbols are located on the center of the gameboard, just in case you need a refresher. Winning The Game: If you are the first player to collect a complete set of all 5 different character cards you win! For 2-8 Players Components: • Gameboard • Die • 8 Character Moving Pieces • 8 Plastic Moving Piece Stands • Fact cards deck • Fiction cards deck • The Big Bang Theory character cards deck • Pad of Paper (pencils not included) Object of the Game: Collect a complete set of 5 character cards by answering enough Fact and Fiction trivia questions correctly. Set Up: 1.) Place the game board in the center of all players. 2.) Shuffle the 3 decks of cards, Fact, Fiction and character cards and place them on their designated spaces on the gameboard. 3.) Each player chooses a playing piece, inserts it into a stand and places it on any “Fiction” space on the gameboard. How to Play: 1.) The youngest player goes first. Play continues to the left. 2.) On your turn roll the Die, then move your playing piece that many spaces in any direction along the path. Follow the directions for the space you land on. Almost all spaces direct you to draw a card. About the Board: a.) Fact or Fiction Card Spaces - when you land on a “Fact” or “Fiction” space on the gameboard the player to your left draws a card from the appropriately named deck and reads the question aloud. Fact Cards - will test your knowledge of Science, Math and Trivia about “The Big Bang Theory”. You may be asked to draw a Hydrogen atom, solve an equation or answer a question about Howard…so study up. Fiction Cards - will challenge your smarts about the boys’ interests. These cards will include trivia questions about Comic Books and Video Games as well as ask you to draw characters from their favorite TV shows. Time to summon your inner-Sheldon. • If you answer your Fact or Fiction card correctly, draw a character card and place it character side up in front of you. The Big Bang Theory character cards - are the reward you receive when you complete a Fact or Fiction question correctly. There are 5 different character cards…and you will need one of each to win the game. b.)
