passage last week of Resolution No. 12195-2015. The Presiding Officer ruled to consider said parliamentary

on billboard regulations and on anti-pornography, among other things.

Action taken: The Body adopted Motion Nos. 22293-2015 & 22294-2015.

to Councilor Teodulfo E. Lao, Jr. to render his own special report).

Councilor Ramon G. Tabor reported about the present condition of the courts and other relateddepartments holding offices at Cagayan de Oro City Hall wherein judges and prosecutors aresubjected to inconvenience and inhuman conditions not befitting the dispensation of justiceand proposed the passage of a resolution requesting the Supreme Court to look into their

plight.

Action taken: The Body adopted Resolution No.12201-2015.

in their POS machines despite BIR regulation disallowing the use of thermal paper for receipts,among other things.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF A. BROWN COMPANY, REPRESENTED BY MS.

MARY SHIELA C. MERCURIO, MANAGER, COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT, FOR ALTERATION OF

PLAN COVERING A PORTION OF XAVIER ESTATE, PHASE I, PARTICULARLY LOT 1-B-1 AND LOT

1-B-2, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 4,397 SQUARE METERS AND 6,160 SQUARE METERS,

RESPECTIVELY, LOCATED IN UPPER BALULANG, THIS CITY, WITH A TOTAL AFFECTED AREA

OF 10,557 SQUARE METERS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE LAND USE THEREOF FROM RECREATIONAL

AS REFLECTED IN APPROVED SUBDIVISION PLAN FROM DENR LAND MANAGEMENT

SERVICES) TO COMMERCIAL; AND FOR THIS PURPOSE, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4304-94, AS

AMENDED

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod) of the City of Cagayan de Oro in

session assembled that:

SECTION 1. - The application of A. Brown Company, represented by Ms. Mary Shiela C. Mercurio,Manager, Compliance Department, for Alteration of Plan covering a portion of Xavier Estate, Phase I,

particularly Lot 1-B-1 and Lot 1-B-2, containing an area of 4,397 square meters and 6,160 square meters,

respectively, located in Upper Balulang, this City, with a total affected area of 10,557 square meters, so as to

change the land use thereof from recreational (as reflected in approved subdivision plan from DENR Land

Management Services) to commercial is hereby approved.

SECTION 2. - For this purpose, Ordinance No. 4304-94, as amended is hereby amended accordingly.

SECTION 3. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
