Module 1 Concepts of Information and Communication Technology

Participants attended a computer course, on how to use the office application packages

MODULE 3 Word Processing

The learners are able to use a word processing application

to accomplish everyday tasks associated with creating, formatting and finishing documents

Module 4 Presentation

The learners are able to accomplish tasks such as creating,

formatting, and preparing presentations using different slide layouts for display

Comments

Although some adults who are new to using technology may benefit from generic digital literacy classes, my experience has been that more want to learn to use a computer (or tablet, or smart phone) for a purpose.
