Use developed protocols, manuals, formats and tools for effective implementation of the projectFacilitate to assess and enhance the capacity of HFOMCs, HCFs and schools in terms of SRHRand mobilize them to implement the SRHR related activities.lnitiate the discussion with the municipality to allocate matching fund (at least 20%) forconstruction related works.Participate and represent organization in different district level meetings and forums.Ensure integration of cross cutting issues such as GESI, DRR, climate change adaptation,environment protection in each relevant activities of the project.

Geruwa RuralAwareness Association (GERUWA) is going to implement a project on'Adolescent SRHRlmprovement Prject in Bardiya with the financial and technical support of Plan lnternational Nepal/KOICA in Geruwa Rural Municipality, Thakurbaba Municipality, Madhuban Municipality and BarbardiyaMunicipality of Bardiya District. The goal of the project is to ensure'Adolescents exercise Sexual andreproductive health Rights with freedom and dignity'.

The Admin and finance officer will be responsible for proper administrative and financial managementof project. S/he will work in close coordination with PC, Finance Coordinator of Plan lnternational basedat Gulariya, Bardiya. S/he will responsible to plan, implement and monitor progress financial plan of theproject coordinating with team members and reports to PC. The finance Officer will follow admin andflnance policy of organization, project description/guideline, budget plan to monitor, evaluate and reportfinancial the progress of the project.The position holder reports to the PC, coordinate with the project team and maintain lateral relation withfinance coordinator of Plan lnternational Nepal. He will look after day to day financial transaction of theproject.
