• Visited to the stall which were dealing with the tooling for CNC machines and conventional machines. • CNC tooling are available for all kind of machines available with us in FVD 3 unit. • Motherson Techno Tools provides all kinds of tooling and solutions. • Power Glow Industrial Services Nagpur deals in Nagpur for Cobra Carbide.• Widia Bangalore has agreed to visit the plant and to discuss about the requirement. • Sandvik (Pune Office ) understand our application and products and ready to prove out their product. • NSSL has put strong negotiated price point once it will be proved at plant level.

Safety on Machine Tools.

• NSSL visited the stall of Hawe Hydarulic, Bangalore and Quicloc Pvt Ltd Bangalore. NSSL has discussed about the clamping problems for the big size valves clamped on cnc vtl and conventional vtl. Both the companies provides the clamping cylinders for work holding devices. Both the companies has given the product catalogue. NSSL is working upon it for the suitability and application. Once the model will be freezed, it will call for the Quotation.

Fluid Management in NSSL

• NSSL Visited IPOL lubricants stall at IMTEX. IPOL has got the high quality lubricants and cutting oil at lower price. NSSL discussed the total product range used in the FVD 3 unit. IPOL is going to make a visit to the plant and assurance to save money in terms of low prices. Currently NSSL is using cutting oil, lubrication oil, spindle oil, Lapping oil, Hydraulic oil and Rust preventive oil.

Multi Axis Machine for 2 meter high Valve

• NSSL visited the stall of Next Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Pune who is the manufacturer of CNC machines. NSSL discussed about the big size or medium size valves machining at one setup. Next tech has understood the application and requirement of the NSSL. Drawing of the component will be discussed with the machine manufacturer and then it will be presented to the management.

Multi Axis Machine for VALVE APPLICATION

• NSSL visited the stall of TOS INDIA MACHINE TOOLS PVT LTD. who is the manufacturer of CNC machines. NSSL discussed about the big size or medium size valves machining at one setup. TOS has understood the application and requirement of the NSSL. Drawing of the component will be discussed with the machine manufacturer and then it will be presented to the management. TOS has supplied many machines in India and they have more than 100 installations in India. TOS has also supplied machines to the Valve Manuefecturer in India like L&T in Chennai.

Pending Issues Discussion.

• NSSL visited the stall of SPEEDFAM INDIA PVT LTD. Mumbai who is producer of lapping machine. Problem has been discussed with the manufacturer regarding the issue in 2 machines, Manufacturer has advised to reduce the speed of the table. NSSL requested to prove the process in big machines. Speedfam should come and install the equipment in the machine and prove that scratch mark will be off. Speedfam agreed to visit the NSSL plant and will give the solution.

Paint Thickness Measurement

• NSSL visited the stall of Olympus Medical Systems India Private Limited, Gurgaon.India who are the leading in mfg of measuring equipment. NSSL discussed about the application of painting of valves and its measurement. Olympus makes instrument which can measure the paint coating thickness on any surface. NSSL filled the necessary information and quotation is awaited from Olympus.

Maintenance

• NSSL visited the stall of Fanuc, Siemens and Mitsubishi electric, Japan who are the CNC controller mfg. NSSL is already using the cnc systems and discussed about the cost comparison for the cnc controller if goes for retrofitting. NSSL discussed about the FOC for all machines being used in FVD3 unit. Fanuc has sent the quotations for FOC and soon AMC will be given to Fanuc for the AMC.

For Factory Automation Devices and Components like Linear motion guide, ball screw, linear motion actuator, Gears, rack and pinion, hydraulics and pneumatics, motor and coupling, electronic components, semiconductor , sensor and equipment, NSSL has got many sources at IMTEX.
